Service and delivery was fine.
Extremely disappointed with size and fabric, not suitable at all. The advertising for this product is very misleading, saddened that I believed the hype. :(

You have looked after all my inquiries with a prompt reply and I didn't feel like I was being any bother.

I’m in NZ and purchased the buy 2 get one free deal and was unsure re size. Unfortunately they were too small but I contacted the supplier and they have incredible service. I did not have to return the 3 I got I just had to pay for the postage to they would send new size. The new size fits perfectly and I am thrilled with them. They are so comfy and so soft on the shoulders. The fabric is nylon/elastine and very nice against the skin. No more trying to awkwardly do up bra straps behind your back, and have the straps dig into your shoulder or having the straps fall down. These shoulder straps are wide and soft. The tank has a slimming effect as it contours your body. These are a total game changer and I’m so looking forward to wearing them every day. Great deal to have 3. My friend has the 3 I did not fit and is now a convert to them as well. Highly recommended and really excited that i have found these.

Very disappointing, very tight,I ordered an XL still don't fit,they look nothing like the advertised product,would not recommend at all,another rip off.

I am a medium and the tops I received are so small look like a size 8.Really think the sizing is well out.Found the whole experience disappointing,

Complete scam. Totally inappropriate for a size 18 person, should be selling in that size. Poor quality fabric, lead to believe nz company.... item came from China... could have bought same for fraction of price. Attempts at contact have been futile.....

My tanks don't fit so are arranging to send me a bigger size

Took some time to receive the tops but they are great. Emailed a question re washing and had a response within 10 minutes!!

Beautiful tanks and excellent service. The tanks I ordered were too small, so I emailed Lyn Tanks. They replied immediately and are sending me a bigger size and are only charging me for the postage. I can keep the original tanks too (or give away if I choose).

The tanks are everything you say they are, and the customer service haa been outstanding. I had a hiccup with my online order, but the team have gone out of their way to ensure everything was fixed. Astonishing service in this digital world. Thankyou.

Do not buy this product! Poor quality sewing and material. Same size but different fit of tops purchased. Padded cups easily move out of shape. Promoted a good for older women but this is not an easy top to wear. Terrible return service. Sent photos of poor products but could only get 20% refund.

Feels like the moment I stepped on the mat, you pulled it from under my feet.
If you are going to offer extra one for discount of $13.88, then we should really have had a choice at that point whether to take the 3 plus 2 free ones. I tried to go to the cart to change order to buy 3 and it was too late and the checkout page can't be located.
Can't rate you now until I get the product as you feel dodgy already. :(
After receiving the items that completely mis-shape my chest and sizing varies dependent on the colour, and my checking how to return and get a refund, I find it is not possible. 30% refund is not good enough. NZ Consumers Act says I am entitled to a full refund. I definitely wouldn't deal with this company again. They pretend they are in NZ but the products are undersized and come from Hong Kong.

Size chart is not accurate. A different size chart (and more realistic) is shown after completing the order, but then it’s too late. Had to email immediately after ordering asking to change the size of my order. Not ideal. Hope you can fix that. Thanks

A very poor product. Their sizing is way off and the product is very cheaply made with poor fabric. I would not recommend buying this product. A complete waste of money.

This is a scam. The images on the marketing do not match the goods supplied. Lyn's Tanks pop up on facebook in various guises, all purporting to be independently endorsed by women's doctors etc. It purports to be a NZ business that sells at markets, with beautifully made items in what looks like a soft cottony type stretch fabric. What is actually supplied is cheap and nasty - nylon acrylic, heat seamed, poorly made, ridiculously small and tight, delivered straight out of asia after some delays. They look like what is advertised on temu not what shows on the Lyn's Tanks marketing sites. When I complained and requested a refund, I received emails that read very much like AI generated responses, even though they had names signed, eg Issa, etc. I was first offered 30% refund, that was subsequently increased to 50%. They said they have no system or agents to receive or process returns - not surprising that they don't want them back - and I could keep the goods. If this was an actual NZ business, selling at actual markets they could easily receive returned goods. I am still requesting a full refund and am being told that I am being referred to a 'specialist'. This possibly means an actual person, but possibly not. The method of ordering was also deceptive. I wanted to order one but was fooled into ordering four, after clicking an extra discount tab after I had entered by payment details. There was no opportunity to review anything at checkout as is usually the case when ordering on-line. Everything about Lyn's Tanks is false and deceptive. Definately SCAM.
