Shocking, DO NOT BUY. Stolen items, nearly all items are covered in blood, bleach or ripped heavily
After seeing so many positive videos about Lynch Wholesale on TikTok, I decided to place my first order but it has been nothing short of a disaster.
The bundle I purchased was advertised as A/B grade with a possibility of up to 20% C grade items. However, what I received was entirely C grade or worse. According to the company’s own grading guide, A/B grade includes minor flaws like light stains or bobbling, while C grade includes serious issues like holes, paint, bleach stains, or other irreparable damage. Nearly every single item I received fell into the C grade category, and many were even below that standard with paint, bleach stains, rips, and in some cases, what appeared to be blood.
To make matters worse, one of the items still had a store security tag attached the kind that’s removed at the till raising serious concerns about where this stock is sourced from.
Despite reaching out, I was not offered a refund or any form of compensation. This experience has made it clear that social media promotion doesn’t always reflect reality. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.
Lynch Summer Bale Review
Purchased the summer bale, have never placed an order before. Not at all as described. Ordered a washed bale! Included stains, smelled of damp. One item bobbled beyond repair (listing states grade A+) included high street items!
Complete rip off and not what you see on social media
This company has gone downhill QUICK
This company has gone downhill QUICK. Used to be not bad but the last few boxes have been shocking. Just spent 230 on a baby bale and a wildcard box both supposed to be A/B grade. Every single item from both boxes had some form of defect wether it a stain, rip/hole or bobbled to absolute death. Their return policy covers them extremely well and even if they accept it's only credit you get, not a refund. Seems to me they've gotten a bit too big for their boots and quality has gone downhill FAST
Absolutely disgraceful spent a lot of…
Absolutely disgraceful spent a lot of money with them. Everything turned up ripped stained. And bubbled can’t even give this load of crap to a charity shop.
AVOID Extremely Disappointed!

I had paid £420 for ‘Full Stain Removal’ Bale, just to then receive completely stained and Damaged Unsellable Items
Paying for the “Full Stain Removal Wash” service, expecting my items to be cleaned and treated as advertised. According to their product description, this service is meant to handle “stubborn stains and extra care” to ensure items arrive in top condition.
What I received, however, was shocking.
Multiple items still had awful stains, paint marks, huge tears, bleach stains and even burn damage—making them completely unusable for resale. This is not a question of subjective quality; it’s a blatant failure to deliver on the advertised service.
Their “What to Expect” section suggests you may need to do some minor repairs like fixing small holes or zippers. That’s fair. But what I received included missing zippers, large tears, and irreparable damage—none of which could reasonably be described as “minor.”
This experience feels misleading at best and exploitative at worst. If you’re considering paying extra for their cleaning or premium services, don’t waste your money. The quality control is clearly lacking, and the condition of the items I received does not reflect the promises made on their platform.
When emailing Lynch telling them about the damaged items and trying to sort a possible refund/return I was told for Carhartt items
‘many buyers value the distressed look. In fact, wear and tear can often increase resale value’
and
‘ If you’d like to share photos of the heavily damaged pieces, feel free to send them over — we’re happy to take a look and keep a note internally, however, this won't change the outcome.’
Since then luckily my bank have stepped in and helped with this issue agreeing that it was false advertising. Worst Customer service i’ve ever had, not only didn’t they care, but they tried to make me feel stupid, were patronising and didn’t even attempt to resolve my clear and obvious issues, and since trying to reach out again they have refused to reply… Avoid.
Quality bales, quality communication, fantastic company 👏
I emailed Lynch regarding the trust pilot reviews as I had been stung by wholesale prior to finding them. The communication was fantastic, very quick responses and very honest. The quality of the bale was brilliant. I made half of what I spent on it on 6 items put of 80! If you understand the risks of buying vintage bales, you wont be disappointed. It does take some effort but what doesn't in life! I've ordered my second bale from them now and im excited to see whats coming!
Waste of money
Waste of money. Bought a bale for £280, most of the items that were in ok condition were awful brands , the handful of good names were stained or beyond help. Never again
Horror
Ordered the champion bundle and jumpers came in disgusting condition riddled with pet hair and human hair and absolutely reeked. Do not recommend
Not the best
Not the best. Definitely not grade A/B . Every item had a stain/marks. Holes/rips. Some embroidered with company logos. Couldn’t even weigh these in as they wouldn’t accept them because of how bad the condition is. Not sure how it’s classed as vintage when really it’s just second hand clothing.
Bales are more like B/C than A/B grade
Not the best experience unfortunately. They sell on online platforms and seem super nice which led me to buy one of their wholesale bales. However after going through the stock around 80-90% had permanent stains and marks. Bale was sold as mixed however vast majority were hoodies which are extremely slow sellers plus they’re heavily stained. I have tried many wholesalers and will confidently say that I do not want to return to them.
They sell on online platforms such as whatnot or tilt so maybe that might be a way to purchase from them.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience…
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. The Dream Box I received was absolutely perfect, beautifully curated, high-quality items, and so thoughtfully packaged.
The team was kind, communicative, and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
I’m genuinely so impressed and will absolutely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
