Please look at the actual trust pilot page rather than the new one they created recently. Lynott host a number of false claims. They claim that their jewellery does not tarnish which is false, nearly every single item I have from them has tarnished. They break very very easily with adjustable rings snapping and bangles not closing within days. Stones constantly falling out of jewellery very quickly. I ordered from them online before I heard nothing for 2 weeks about my order and then after emailing them they said it would take 3 days for a response which is ridiculous. After 4 weeks from my initial order the package arrived, no apology and no communication on their part. The way they treat their staff is highly unfair. I have witnessed staff be talked to disgustingly on the counter and a very high turnover of staff. Ultimately, do not go near this place.

I have only received one out of the two items I've ordered. The earrings I received from the Katja Mia range were of extremely poor quality and look very cheap. I will be returning them. I also emailed the company about some false advertising on Instagram. They advertised the range with discount codes that didnt work for that particular range but it was very misleading.

Don’t know what to say about this brand, always had heard great things but then realised it’s from bloggers and influencers who very clearly get the jewellery for free. I bought what I believed was a beautiful bracelet with my daughter’s finger print on it only for it to break a few weeks later, got it fixed in cork only for it to break 2 weeks later. I’ve given up at this point trying to get it sorted. This bracelet was not cheap and as a single mother all I wanted to do was treat myself instead I ended up wasting nearly €100 on a faulty piece of jewellery, not to mention the cheap earrings they charge an arm and a leg for, never get bad reactions from earrings and within an hour of wearing them from this brand my ears are on fire. Cheap cheap cheap.

I ordered two bracelets at the start of January for my mom as a present one came broken and another just broke after her 2nd wear. Very Poor quality jewelry.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I placed an order back in March and never received part of it. I first contacted the company on 21st May through their online form and received very limited communication. Since then, I have sent over 8 emails and only received two replies — one of which was an automated response offering an exchange, despite me clearly requesting a refund multiple times.
I then had to message their Instagram page just to get acknowledgment. It should not take public follow-ups and repeated emails to have a basic issue addressed.
The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Communication has been poor throughout, and I felt completely ignored.
Eventually, after significant effort on my part, the issue was escalated to senior management. However, it should never have required this level of chasing for something so straightforward.
I would not purchase from this company again based on my experience.
