The signs are nice however my Miller Light sign has some scratches upon receipt where some of the orange neon bleeds through the scratches...HOWEVER...they read my review and are making it up with a new. scratch free sign! They stand behind their products and you can't go wrong!!!

Sept 2024 - Wrong Font Lettering on Sign without Adequate solutions.
Sept 2024 - We have ordered multiple Neon Signs from Lynseriess, and spent thousands of dollars with them.... We were Extremely disappointed that with our 1970s Society of Saints neon sign font error that was caused by Lynseriess, we were not able to get a full refund, or get a new sign created and made with the correct font that we sent over to Lynseriess originally ...
While Lynseriess acknowledged that the error in the font of the Neon Sign was THEIR mistake, they only gave us two options which neither option solved the real issue --- We received a neon sign that the font of the Neon Sign's lettering was incorrect, and it was an error caused by Lynseriess, and even though they acknowledged that the mistake was their fault, they did not provide adequate solutions to fix the issue that they caused ... One option of "Fixing the neon sign" wasn't really a fix, because the neon sign would have still been in the same incorrect font, and another option (A partial refund) still means that we had to spend our money for a Neon sign that did not have the correct font lettering.
This review was a 2 star, and not a one star because Lynseriess was patient with us while we worked through trying to decide which of the two options they suggested (that did not truly solve our issue) we wanted to exercise, as well as because we normally don't have this experience when working with Lynseriess. We hope that in the future, Lynseriess can do a better job of coming up with better options that will actually solve an issue ESPECIALLY if the issue is an error that was caused by Lynseriess.
