Very easy process so far with the onboarding team, the online portals are easy to follow and upload documents. The team are easy to reach when you need to talk to some one and they regularly keep you informed of progress.

I have given lots of information,such as bank statements, wage slips etc. My father has also given proof of how he is going to help provide funds to my account so I can pay toward my mortgage.
Although we have given all of this information we have been asked to supply this again. I have sent wage slips across and wasnt told they wernt good enough, only to be contacted weeks later to tell me I need to do them again. When my wage slips and bank statements were sent over I was asked for more information from where this money was transfered from. I believe all of this could have been requested from me in one go which would save delaying the process, which has been extremely stressful and frustrating

We had our wills updated eventually but we were shocked by the number of times we had to flag up mis-spelt names, wrong names and grammatical errors. However responses were polite and prompt.

I bought my first house the last month was me and my husband and we are soo happy and pleased about the progress and how all the things went smoothly.
The team are great and friendly, it’s a long way and a lots of enquiries but the team was good and patient with all our questions and concerns.

At the beginning, I was a little impatient during the AML checks, as we were asked to provide additional proof and documentation. However, I later understood that these checks are an important part of the process and are there for good reason.

What I particularly appreciate is their team-based approach. When one staff member is unavailable, another team member is able to step in and assist. Madison has been especially helpful and has always been quick to respond to our queries and requests.

I also like the regular updates through the app and email, which help keep us informed throughout the process.

My experience with Lyons Bowe so far has been really good.I am in the process of selling my flat, and they have taken so much stress and sometimes confusion out of the situation, by supplying me with lots of very useful information online, and keeping me informed of the progress so far, either by phone or email. I love that they work in teams,and my experience of working with Connie Seymour who was from the New Instructions Team was really good. She was very helpful and supportive which I really appreciated. I have now moved on to the Legal Team, and I am sure my experience will continue to be a good one

Have recently been guided through the selling and buying process by Shanice and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Lyons Bowe have an amazing app that makes it so easy to keep track of how things are progressing, and the peace of mind for what is coming next. Shanice herself was incredible throughout the process.
