Stay away!

Stay away!
This brand is totally unreliable.
I bought 2 pairs of Z5 headphones (for my colleague and myself), both pairs had battery issues from day one - they lasted no longer than 40 minutes from full charge to shut down.
The Lypertek customer service is awful, most of the time they simply ignore messages. I contacted their customer service through their website, and after months of waiting, they agreed to send replacement headphones, but mistakenly only sent one pair. After ignoring my messages about it, they finally replied and refused to replace the second one, claiming the warranty time has passed (1 year only), totally ignoring the fact it has passed because they failed to respond to my mails for months! When I confronted the customer service with that fact they stumpy ignored my message.
Spent your money on a decent, more reliable producer, preferably selling from within the EU, then you're guaranteed a 2 year warranty, and avoid paying customs charges.

I bought some headphones 3 years ago

I bought some headphones 3 years ago. My headphones somehow got out of sync and one can reset them via their app. Sadly the app didn't work with my phone (a widely used Google phone). I reached out for support 2 months ago. I followed up. I have yet to receive an answer....
