Unfortunately, our first order with your company has not met our expectations.

The delivery was not made within the agreed schedule and we are still waiting for it. This can caused disruption to our operations. As this was our first experience with their service, it has created a negative first impression and has affected our confidence in the reliability of your deliveries.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery

I have used Lyreco for quite a few years now, and on a whole they are very good, especially my account manager Natalie Watkins, who has been very good all round, she is highly professional. friendly, consistently responsive, and a problem solver & my main delivery guy is also, very helpful, I have had a few damages on some of the deliveries but these are soon put right, and sometimes I do have problems, with back orders but customer services, keep me informed most of the time. Lyreco have a extensive range of products and Natalie will always go out her way to find something that's not in the products range, where possible

We have used Lyreco for our stationary for many years, we find their prices competitive and deliveries always arrive when stated. Our reps Ryan Pool and Nicola Kelly are friendly and knowledgeable and always on hand to help if needed (although we tend to order online as you can pop items in your basket as you need them then checkout at the end of the month). I would highly recommend Lyreco for all your office needs.
