Inaccurate Status of Me - I am the Artist 100% for the Song

Upon looking at the lyrics to my song "Where Oh Where?" on their website, I saw that they had "contributor" by my name. I am the full Music Artist for this song.

I wrote it, produced, and made the performance. I see there are many legal repercussions that can happen when defamation of character, copyright infringement, unauthorized use of my song, and many other things could be used in this instance. However, all I want is it to show my accurate information.

I am not a contributor to this song, I am the artist and only artist. Please make sure you check your work if you are on that site.
