Seling stuff that is not even on Stuck

Ordered at Tuesday 26th of september, received an order conformation but still no delivery until 2nd of oktober. Called the service line and got informed (after a lot of forwards and backwards) that they even dont have the item in ordered.
How can you sell stuff you dont even have?
Why is the webshop telling me it is available but in fact it is not.

Not a good service at all, beside that they take my cancelation without any drama
