In March of this year, our group visited Mexico. We rented three cars in Cancún for a week; the vehicles were well-maintained, and the rental process itself went reasonably well. We paid the mandatory deposit (300 euros per car, plus a card usage fee). Unfortunately, to this day, we have not received the refund, and all attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. The company failed to honor the terms of the agreement and did not return nearly 1,000 euros.

I do not recommend this company.

Our group rented 3 cars in Cancún. All vehicles were returned in perfect condition, with no damage or issues. The company repeatedly confirmed this in WhatsApp messages.

Despite this, more than 2 months have passed and we still have not received the refund of the 3 security deposits.

During this entire period, we were repeatedly assured that the deposits had been cancelled on the company's side and that the refunds should already be visible in our account. To this day, the money has not been returned.

We have repeatedly requested official refund confirmations, ARN reference numbers, and documents from the accounting department. The issue remains unresolved.

We were a group of 13 people, and all of us are aware of this situation.

If you are planning to rent a vehicle from this company, be extremely careful regarding deposits and payments. Our experience has been very negative, and the matter remains unresolved despite numerous promises and assurances.
