Poor service from Lyse Energiservice. They have been slow to reply to urgent invoice matters, and as a customer, I have literally had to pay for it twice via fees for delayed payments. It has been established that the delay in payments is neither mine nor my bank's fault and that the fault lies with the payment service the company uses. The company refuses to repay the delay fees that I paid to them, saying that they do not repay minor sums, even though they have admitted they shouldn't have received them. I did not choose to be a customer with them but was transferred to them through some deal made between suppliers. I have asked Lyse Energisevice to provide me with the legal grounds for not repaying minor fees they should not have received, but I have in the week since not received a reply from them regarding this. Legal grounds or not, good customer service goes a long way. I would not recommend this company.
Poor service. It's been 5 days without internet and they don't understand how customer is struggling, they just say we know and other customers are also facing problems and you need to wait. It is not a customer-oriented company.
