good communication

good communication, They tend to respond on timely manner. Would been easier also if get phone call case issue with order and we dont see email . aside from that not much issue.

Selling Season tickets

I have been using lysted for a couple of years to sell my season tickets and they make it super easy to list on every website and make the most money for my tickets. I recommend them for all your ticket selling needs!

Stole my tickets AAND my money!

I listed a group of tickets for sale and the platform sold the SAME 5 TICKETS three. different. times... The first sale sold all 5 of the tickets that I had listed, however they sent no notification of this sale whatsoever (definitely not in junk either). I was not logged into the application, so I would have had absolutely no idea to fulfill this. Once the second sale happened, I received a notification and sent away two of my tickets for that order. I sent away one additional ticket for the third sale and thought all was well.

Minutes before the event started, I received a "final" notification email saying that I needed to fulfill an order that I had never seen, with tickets that had already been sent away. I provided proof of the previous fulfillment and tried to contact them but got no response before I was told that my account was suspended and that I now owe THEM money!!

This company is an outright scammer and they are stealing people's tickets AND money. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

A time consuming nightmare from…

A time consuming nightmare from beginning to end. There were minor problems but the major one is that they require a screenshot and a "snipping" tool to confirm one your ticket sells. It was VERY time consuming but eventually I worked with the real person customer service. I'm still taking it on faith that I will be paid eventually. When you ask them a yes or know question they send you a "training video." A deeply flawed system to sell an extra ticket. Prepare for hours of "training."

Poor website, no customer service

Poor website that can’t properly register non-US phone numbers. Customer service doesn’t respond anymore after pointing them on the flaws in their systems. Taking zero responsibility for their own performance. No tickets sold as I wasted my time on them. Expensive lesson that I hope you won’t need to make as you find yourself another party to sell your tickets.
