On April 12 place an order from Spain, worth 69, 98 dollars, paid by credit card. I have not received it yet. I have not received confirmation of my order. I sent them an email and I still have not answered. On the page when entering my email if I can see what I ordered. I think I lost the money. They are scammers

This website is fake! I paid in full for a pair of shoes . They sent and order confirmation but no tracking info. The item never came. Have no proof it was even sent, 100% sure it wasn't. I've emailed their support team over 30 times asking for a refund and they reply with some broken English 2 to 3 words responses like, ' just wait or give info please or dispute it'. None of it makes any sense. Clearly they have no intention of sending the shoes or refunding them. Stay away from this fake website it's a complete scam!
I have just found that this company have stolen one of my images without my permission and are selling it on their products having deleted my copyright. I will be taking action!
