Horrible experience using Lyte to…
Horrible experience using Lyte to purchase my Super Fan NYCC tickets. No access code, finally able to add my VIP and received confirmation to sit tight as orders were being processed on 5/6. I then receive an email on 5/6 asking me if I want to make any changes which I did. Then a 2nd email telling me I’m still in “line” for my VIP pass but could purchase a 4 day pass. Sent an email to Lyte trying to make sense of things but never heard back. I finally decided to go for the 4 day pass just for my entire order to be cancelled and not getting the option to purchase ticket.
I paid $99 for a membership that just ripped me off.

What a great experience! I was concerned because there has been absolutely no response from the promoter of the Cruel World Festival. Even the email I sent to GV in July 2021, still has not been answered. So today I sent an email to Lyte directly. Not only did I receive a reply within hours, Rachel from Lyte answered my question with a full explanation, reassurance and kindness. When I wrote back a thank you she responded again with more kindness.
Made my day and took SO MUCH stress off.

Superfan Presale Mishap
This the second year in a row that I had the same problem, but fortunately it was solved just as quickly both years. When I went to purchase NYCC tickets via the superfan pre-sale link, I did not receive a confirmation after I selected "save order". Instead I was directed back to the screen asking me to put in my access code. The difference between this time and last time was last year, my link and access code no longer worked and the support team gave me a new access code. This year my link said 1/1 used but the access code worked and I kept going back in until the kicks got worked out and my order went through. This issue seemed widespread this year based on the comments thread on NYCC social media pages, as last year I don't recall seeing anyone else have this problem. The support team replied to me very quickly, and even thought the problem seemingly worked itself out, the support team emailed me a screenshot of my confirmation which gave me a peace of mind. Order tickets for NYCC can be stressful for everyone involved, customers and support. There's a lot going on from every angle. However, the support team has always been quick to respond and very kind and understanding anytime I needed to reach out. Thank you very much!
Lyte Ticket Return
Was able to refund our Coachella Weekend 1 tickets through Lyte and was due payment the day after the festival ended. However, there was issues with the refund being made and had to wait a little longer. Teresa was extremely helpful, responsive and kept me up to date with the issue and status of my refund and let me know when it arrived in my account. My daughter purchased tickets via Lyte…
My daughter purchased tickets via Lyte website back in December 8,2020 - for an event she was going to attend. This was just prior to the Pandemic and everything was cancelled. Fast forward 2 years later and the concert was back on but a lot had changed in those 2 years. I wrote to Lyte Customer Service to explain our situation and the money my daughter had spent was significant and due to all the changes that have taken place- logistically and health wise she couldn't attend this.
It was no more that 30 minutes later I received a response back from Lyte- they were more than understanding with our situation and agreed to provide the refund. This was my 1st experience in dealing with Lyte and the outcome couldn't have been better- their prompt response was fantastic and was pleasantly surprised to hear back so quickly. Our experience was great and we won't hesitate to buy tickets through them in the future.

There are many horrible things I could say about my experience dealing with Lyte The company. However, Teresa addressed all of them with class and dignity in the face of my at times emotionally flagrant emails.
