This site has taken 100 grand of me in the last 3 years, yet it doesn't hold a licence to let uk players play, also they dont hold a licence with curaceo gaming licence as I checked. I never won a penny of this money and now im in shock I should of never been able to sign up in the uk. So every uk player request momey back as they taken it illegally I have all documentation to say the hold no licence to let uk players play or even I licence to play in any other country.
I spend 5000 last couple of days didn't even get a 100 pound win and they say its 96% payout all lies.
Ive reported them to gaming commissions and now made a fraud claim against them with the poilce ive told them they need to come up with compensation package immediately.

Scam website. They let you deposit and win money but once you try to withdraw they will ask you to verify your account and then make it impossible to verify it,

I deposited my own money, I then used the free spins but this was not the wagering spins it was spins u get when deposited. I then won £1300 which I’ve won many times before on the spins gave by them. Now they are saying u can only withdraw £100 and have taken £1200 from me!! So basically have scammed me.

They take money from UK players via Visa and Mastercard credit cards despite this being illegal

They take your money and do not allow game play

Then they do not authorise withdrawals of any money you have in your account and keep your money

They use third party processors to process any transactions through your bank miscoding the transactions so that they do not show as gambling transactions

A lot of third party companies are taking payments on their behalf

When you reach out to them in regards wanting your deposited money refunded they spam you with numerous copy and pasted email replies

They then block you account when you tell them you are reporting them to all concerned

Had previously had an account with them where I had no issues deposited large amounts and withdrew large amounts with no issues. Had enough of gambling in my life so asked them to close the account…they asked why and I told them I wish to have a break. Account closed no further comment and no mention of further activity. Few months down the line and I thought I’ll reopen an account and have a go. Made an account deposited no issues no emails no questions. Then I won a small amount £500 not a massive amount but enough to warrant a withdrawal. Went through to verification…denied under the grounds of responsible gambling? Raised a dispute with complaints team, account banned and told they do not discuss reasons. Told me I can go ahead to the account and withdraw the funds. So I log in…they’ve taken 484£ and I’m allowed to withdraw £16. Again raised concerns to a reply of, they’ve taken that amount due to violation of terms and conditions, they tell me they follow gambling responsibility guidelines…if that ain’t some bullshit then I don’t know what is. Sooner the United Kingdom bans these shady sites the better.

STAY AWAY COMPELTE FRAUDULENT IDIOTS. Refused to refund a £100 bet despite them knowing they had made a mistake. They had the game live but were 60 mins behind yet still took a bet.
