If I could give a negative 5 I would

If I could give a negative 5 I would. IndiaMart is a referral service for other companies. Using IndiaMart, I was contacted by a company named Divine Cure and made an order. The order was not packaged or labelled properly so customs sent it back. I tracked the order and after it was returned, asked the vendor what they were going to do. They denied that I ordered it and said they would never use India Post. I had tracking info from India Post so I knew this was a lie. They stole my money. Going online, I saw that IndiaMart had a complaint and resolution process. I gathered my materials such as screen shots showing the IndiaMart connection, invoice, communications and tracking info and made a complaint. IndiaMart asked for the same information over and over and over again. They obviously never looked at what I sent. Then they said they have no responsibility and only introduce customers with vendors. It is clear they allow scammers and thieves to use their service to operate and their so-called complaint and resoultion srvice is a scam. This makes IndiaMart scammers and thieves as well. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AND THE VENDORS THAT USE THEM.

frustrated with IndiaMART's approach to customer feedback and their intrusive pop-ups during Google searches. Many users find it frustrating when a website's promotional efforts interfere with browsing or searching, especially when there isn't an easy way to give feedback or resolve issues.

Terrible Experience with IndiaMart

Terrible Experience with IndiaMart – Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Unresponsive

I signed up with IndiaMart after Haider and Manav made all sorts of promises about how they would support my business and provide dedicated assistance. The sign-up process seemed smooth—Haider signed me up, and Manav went over the plans in detail. They were very attentive, until I actually became a customer. Now, it feels like they don't give a damn about me or my business.

The support is absolutely abysmal. Despite the supposedly "proper procedures" in place, when it comes to actually responding to issues or providing help, IndiaMart is a complete failure. It's been almost 10 days since I signed up, and I still haven’t received any meaningful support. I was promised a dedicated manager, a profile manager, and two other points of contact. Forget about four—I can’t even get a response from one of them!

The most frustrating part is the constant pushiness during the sign-up process, which quickly turns into radio silence as soon as they’ve got your money. I feel completely scammed and cheated by their sweet talk and empty promises. Their service is nothing but overpromising and underdelivering.

I’m extremely disappointed with IndiaMart. I still have unanswered queries, and I have no idea how to follow up on the leads I’ve received. If you’re considering IndiaMart, think twice. The support is the worst I've ever encountered, and the entire experience has been a huge letdown. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Scammer Alert! Seller Derma Medical LLP or Derma Medical Point

This seller has scammed me on IndiaMart. I am a sick person in a lot of pain and they contacted me on Whatsapp after I posted a request on IndiaMart. They also go by the name of Derma Medical LLP. A person named Hitesh Matte sent me his details to send money through Wise. I trusted because the reviews were good. I sent the money. After they got the money they stopped communicating. When I enquired, they said they have holidays and it will take more time. I waited and waited and nothing. They promised a tracking number today. I sent them a text only to discover they have blocked me. Beware and stay away from these scammers.
This is their account on Wise:
Name : Derma Medicine Point
Recipient type : Business
Account Number : starts with 00288 (rest redacted)

Never send money to these scammers.
Stay safe and don't be gullible like me, no matter how sick you are and how difficult it is to find the medication you need. These people have no empathy and they will steal your money.

Fake drugs on IndiaMart - Zopifresh/Zopiclone

Through this site they market, advertise and sell to the public - various medications which are inaccurately described and misinforming the public. They advertise through various sources a sleep medication called Zopiclone up tp 20mg. Generic/Brand - Zopfresh/Zopifresh - various dosages. The usual highest dose is 7.5mg by prescrition only. They will sell as many as you want at much higher dosages which could be potentially lethal to vulnerable persons. This is some proper information on this medication:

'It appears that there is some confusion or a potential issue with the medication you're referring to, "Zopifresh-20."

Zopiclone is a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic agent commonly used to treat insomnia. The standard dosage forms for Zopiclone are typically 3.75 mg, 5 mg, and 7.5 mg. There is no recognized or standard dose of 20 mg for Zopiclone in any official pharmaceutical guidelines or databases.

If a product is labeled as "Zopifresh-20" and claims to contain 20 mg of Zopiclone, this raises significant concerns:

Incorrect Labeling or Dosage: It's possible that the product might be inaccurately labeled. A 20 mg dose of Zopiclone would be highly unusual and potentially dangerous, as it far exceeds the typical therapeutic dose.

Potential Counterfeit Medication: There is a risk that the product could be counterfeit or not manufactured according to proper pharmaceutical standards. Counterfeit medications may not contain the stated active ingredient or could contain harmful substances.

Regulatory Approval: Such a product may not be approved by relevant drug regulatory agencies (such as the FDA, EMA, The Central Drug Standards Control Organization (CDSCO) - or equivalent in other countries), raising further concerns about its safety and efficacy.

Given these concerns, it is important to verify the authenticity of the medication with a reliable source, such as a pharmacist or healthcare provider. They can provide guidance on whether the medication is legitimate and safe to use. Additionally, you should report any suspicious medications to the appropriate health authorities in your country.' Thank you.

Be very careful what you purchase out there. You are playing Russian Roulette with your life. There are plenty of legitamate sources for medications legally and through official - medical/pharmaceutical sources in India. CAVEAT EMPTOR. It is NOT Zopiclone and certainly not at those dosages.

My medication arrived!

Yes, I'm actually giving them 4 stars (minus 1 for shipping). I honestly thought that I had been scammed. I had decided to take the risk and order from Indiamart as the medication I'm prescribed in Australia is just too expensive. Initially, I wasn't given a tracking number, so after 4 days I messaged to follow up on this. I was then given tracking from 17track.net. I googled this and read reviews saying they're fake shipping numbers from 17track. At this point, I was certain I had been scammed. Well, to my surprise the medication arrived. My only complaint is that I paid $35 US for shipping and it was posted using their general post and took 17 days to arrive. Also, until I take the medication, I can't verify its quality. I know it's a risk ordering from IndiaMart, as most are scammers. The one I used and will use again is Maxwell Enterprises, Nagpur. I dealt with Dipesh.

I think I've figured it out

I think I've figured it out. Just a few folks on here are honest, regarding pharmaceuticals. Controls? Forget it. Other stuff (antibiotics, prednisone, blood pressure meds)? You're ok. I've purchased LDN and methylprednisolone, among others, with no problems. Tried to get Fioricet and the sellers had good prices but then wanted extra to "secure my shipment" at customs, then extra again for "safeguarding"...I did get PP to refund my money at least on one of the shipments but it appears if you try to get controls they will screw you over. If you need non-controls, you should be set. ASN EXPO, Providence HealthCare are good sellers.
