Allowed to deposit but as soon as I ask to withdraw I got a very unprofessional looking email from someone named Erik asking for my card details which I sent but they also asked for info for an old card I don't have and statements. Emailed to explain I can't do this and is there any way I can verify in another way, after all I did send the info for the card I used to deposit. They ignored me and again replied asking for the same info. I have emailed them once again. All I get is copy and paste response and all I want is the money. Horrible site and based on reviews they commonly try to make it difficult for people when it comes to withdrawals. Think I will contact IBAS next

Do not be fooled by their big sponsorship. Happy to take your money but impossible to take any out. Verification is impossible. Customer support is no more than email and a few words in reply. Only phone number goes to Latvia with no English speaking. All of the associations stand for nothing. Stick with the more reliable customer focused sites. AVOID!

Deposited £300 and they have blocked my account because "I was cheating". I wasn't even in profit!! I have £200 still in the account however they won't reply to my support messages!

Really dodgy. Stay away. Let me deposit and then bet and then when I tried to withdraw my winnings they said I had to send verification docs which I did and they confirmed they had received them but now have locked my account. Strange they allowed me to bet without verification but not withdraw.

This is the worst betting app ever!! Spend £10 get £10 free bets. I did this but never received my free bet? The odds are lower than other betting apps. I received a email asking to send them a copy of my passport? Why I don't know? They already let me spend my money nut now they are asking for ID? Now I'm having trouble withdrawing the rest of the money I deposited. #STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS APP#

Absolute crap bookmaker. Took over 45 minutes to sign up, site is EXTREMELY slow. As for the odds!!!!
Sent my documents up only to be told that I had to resend them via the email I registered with! DOES IT REALLY MATTER??? My documents are the same no matter WHICH email address I use. Tossers!
I placed a bet on Man Utd v Juventus to finish 0-0. On the correct score market it said the odds were 10.0. Placed my bet, bet slip disappeared from the screen, had to scrabble around looking formy bet. Clicked on History, then on bets, open bets and there the bet was at odds of..........8.54!!!! Er, what happened to the odds of 10.0 (9/1)?????????

Another newbie to the UK online betting scene although apparently an established firm overseas.I decided to create an account having seen they had agreed a multimillion pound sponsorship deal with Burnly FC.Wish i hadnt bothered,there is no sign up offer,the site is easy to navigate but rather amatuerish in appearance.Upon creating an account i was greeted with a message and follow up email telling me to send passport photo,ID ect within 72 hours to verify my account.Who's going to bother doing that? Ill just play on a better site where im not required to jump hoops.I understand KYC is required by most companies but this is a strange approach and ultimatley a waste of time if u are looking to put a bet on.Cant say anything else really as i didnt get any farther.
