I bought a dress from Magbridal and was very pleased with how it turned out. It was absolutely stunning and the material was brilliant quality. I did order custom and it was slightly big but all in all I was very happy with my purchase.

I just received my dress. It is stunningly beautiful! I was Leary to start with because they couldn’t send me a swatch. I spend a whole lot of money on a dress from mom Cheri and when is came the color was awful! Couldn’t return it! So I decided to risk $200.- and gamble to order without a Swatch! I couldn’t be happier! The service was fast the dress is just a little (1/2 inch) big but my seamstress can fix it. I can’t wait to wear it for my daughter’s wedding. don’t know why the low rating for magbridal. My experience was fantastic!

I’ve ordered many dresses from this company before, and all of them have been custom size (which costs an extra $23). Most of the time, they have arrived perfectly with no issues. They are expensive looking with nice fabrics and are typically made very well. They also look just like the photos. However, I was very surprised to see that a dress I recently ordered came much quicker than expected. This is strange, since it take multiple weeks just to tailor the dress. When I received the dress and tried it on, I noticed that it was obviously NOT created according to my custom measurements. The shoulders were too large, the waist too big, and the length WAY too long. Each time I have ordered dresses from this website in the past, they have always fit perfectly. Instead of sending me a custom made dress, it was obvious that the company sent me one that was already made (likely in a size 2). I was very frustrated with the company, so I tried to speak to customer service on multiple occasions. After all, the mistake made was their own error, and it would cost me much more than $23 to get it altered. After a few very frustrating emails, it was clear that the company was refusing to help me in any way. They made many excuses for why the dress was too big, including that the fabric was stretchy (when tulle is actually a very stiff fabric) and that I took my measurements incorrectly. After going to a seamstress to get my dress altered, they told me it would cost $110 to fix all of the alterations. Because the company made the mistake, it would have only been fair to refund me the extra $110 for their own error. Instead, they only refunded me $22.50. I was forced to pay an extra $87.50 that I did not want to spend on this dress, and customer service was quick to make excuses for their own error and refused to refund me the full amount I deserved. However, I will admit that the dress is very well made, looks just like the photo, and is made with expensive materials, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

Update: I posted this same review to the Magbridal website. A few days later, it was deleted.

Don't Bay from there.... please they are thieves... please ...you are going to loose your money

My friend purchased what she thought was perfect dress for her wedding day, turned out dress was wrong color, made wrong, and could not be exchanged or returned. Bad business do not use this china company.

When I ordered my dress I was worried about the quality specially Sewing and if it being like the pictures. the customer service was very helpful and quick, I emailed Magbridal before I ordered my dress. They answered all my questions very quickly and kept me updated on my dress after I placed my order I asked for the lace up instead of Zipper and they arrange it. Also the shipping was great and it came earlier that what I expected. the only unexpected things was that I should pay for extra money for tax or douane!and because the price of the dress was not indicate on the receipt, I think they calculate it so high and according to the package weight. but nothing related to the dress! It was perfect. Fit great.I would highly recommend bride. They are wonderful!

Why there are so many negative comments, I got my wedding dress on magbridal and ask for a custom size. I am not sure how to measure the right sizes of my own body, so I get the help of a local tailor in my town. The dress came more than I expect, where else you can get such quality gowns at $200? I recommend it.

This website scam people, dont buy here, I made the mistake and bought a dress, but they sent me an awful dress, not even close to the one that they listed, this is the worst place to rely on something so important as your wedding dress. They didnt return any money to me, the just offer me 10 dollar, over the 350 dollars I spent with the whole purchase, trust me, dont buy here, you will regret it! This place scam and rob people, dont buy here, trust me, you will receive a piece of garbage!!

Don’t buy from them! They will not do what you ask and then tell you to loose weight to make it fit!

I received this dress a month after i ordered it, that is understandable. The bride tried on the dress and saw that some pearls were not fully attached and some were even missing. The lace is lifted in some areas. The material of the dress is literally rough itchy and cheap looking. Since we are not satisfied with the dress and the damages it with holds, we want a return. The workers are making it very difficult. Not only are they not clear in what they are asking for, but once you explain the situation and the reasoning behind your opinion, all they suggest is alternatives. The bride is getting married in 2 months, we need the money to buy another dress and they are making things is difficult. It is not my fault that the dress had complications and does not match the standards of the pictures provided. A wedding dress should be perfect, this dress is not. All i want to do is be able to get my money back and provide that perfect dress for the bride. I also believe that they are stalling so that the return is not valid. i highly do not recommend buying here.

**UPDATE** Six months later and I've received my full purchase price back!! Garbage! Do not order! It would be funny, except that I'm out $200. The dress is the wrong size, and there's no lining under the lace bodice. Instead of lining, they inserted two "pot holders". They refuse to honor their return policy. I email them daily asking for a refund just to read their ridiculous responses. :/

This website magbridal.co and the whole team ruined my wedding. They send me trush and they didn't want to send me Return Authorisation form and to refund the amount. Is this some kind of a joke. People, do not shop from magbridal.co!!! I didn't receive any tags or invoices with the package!!!

Horrible company ! I purchased a dress for my sons wedding in June , it was made to my measurements but when I received the dress they made the bust 4” too small , it was the right measurements for everything else . They said no refunds on special ordered dresses . I said no you made dress wrong and not the measurement I gave . I had to take pictures of dress laid down and measure bust and send to them. Also with dress on . All the proof showed they made wrong and they said give dress away as a gift or 8% back from refund or take to seamstress for them to fix it and of course seamstress said you can’t make something bigger when your 4” too small , it’s impossible . I told them that I’m not paying for your mistake and I want my money back ASAP. . Still waiting for authorization # and address to send back . They are horrible and by the way the Wish Co. is same co. as Magbridal so beware they both are ripping everybody off !

Horrible!! Absolutely Horrible, I ordered a custom high low dress for my birthday party I'm not sure where they got my measurements from, but this dress fits awful!! I couldn't return it because it was a custom order, and I have been trying to get it altered since it arrived.. I will never order from them again the fit was horrible the inserted bra is 3 sized too big the top of the dress is too big and bottom is too small, Buyer beware if I could give them 0 stars I would!! don't waste your hard earned money especially if its custom made well supposedly custom made

This was the worst experience buying something that I have ever had. I ordered a pant suit for my son's wedding. Giving them my measurements, the pants came so wide they look like clown pants and the top is so tight that I cannot fit my arms in it BUT the arms are so long that they hang down almost a foot. I don't know what dimensions they go by. When asked for a correction or a refund, they refused both. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

same thing happen to me and I bought 11 dresses for bridesmaid not even custom made one didn't fit and they offer me 5 dollars for the dress worst of the worst and on their website they only put the good reviews and left the bad out so no one will know how bad this web is

Buyers beware of this company! My daughter is getting married, I started searching online for outfits, unfortunately I came upon Magbridal, my nightmare begins... First of all it took about a month for my order to arrive, no big deal had a lot of time, then it arrived bunched up in a smelly dirty plastic bag, I couldn’t believe it, I was just shock of the quality, a couple of the strands of the lace top was broken and the zipper area was frizzled, I wrote to them about it and ask to return the outfit, here’s an insert of what they wrote back ...
“For the dress could you please kindly telll us where the fabric is not good? could you please kindly offer us the pictures for checking? And for the dress size, Could you please kindly tell us where is not fit for you? could you please kindly try on the dress then offer us the full back and front pictures ? Besides, could you please kindly take a tape to measure your own size of bust, wasit, hips and shoulder widht? then attached the pictures to us ?”

This went back and forth for over a month and they will not refund me the full amount., here’s another insert of our email...
“we will refund you the dress price 8% ( USD 8.70 ) back as the gift to you. Whether you accept it?”

The total amount I paid for is $124.00.

I told them I will donate the outfit, so for your own good, don’t order from this company please.

Dress came awful and customer service is bad. I spend 230$ and they offer me 10$ cupon for next puchase. They leep telling me that i look amaizing in this dress, but i would NEVER wear ut for my wedding. Horrible company. Avoid any deals with it if you dont want loose your money.

My wife tried her best to get the correct size, but it seems like she was off by 2 sizes. There is no exchange policy. I would avoid doing business with them, unless you like to gamble. Stay local and try it on first. You are dealing with China here. This is a scam. Stay away.

Magbridal has great clothing but their customer service is lacking. I sent exact measurements for an outfit, it came to me quickly but 2 sizes too small. They refused to alter or refund. They insulted me by offering a $15 coupon to use on a future purchase (my purchase was $162).
