Had a message to say there had been an error in the payment and was sent a link to redo. Link just kept sending me back to the Mimco app . Messaged customer service as you are not allowed to speak to a human on the phone . They just kept messaging back all this IT babble that I had no idea what to do.
Finally somehow managed to get on , then go to pay and they have not deducted the gift card I used to part pay the original order. So back onto message
Check out where I was and yes they have amended it. Go to repay and still

Mimico & Country Road owned by…

Mimico & Country Road owned by Woolworths Holdings along with Witchery, Trenery, Politix. Mimico has same head office in Melbourne, same A.I bot SMS/Chat that lie and tild me twice there is no customer service email, and same appauling customer service department when after considerable research and effort I found their email, they then lied again and refused to give me their phone number to speak in person. See 1 star rating for C.R. as Mimico, Trenery, Politix customers will experience the same appauling service from same staff

Still waiting on an order I placed on…

Still waiting on an order I placed on 30th November 2025, now 12th December 2025 and still waiting when delivery was expected on 4th December 2025. Terrible customer service, as you can't telephone Mimco. I have been a loyal customer to Mimco, but not anymore, as their service has declined. Hopefully, a Christmas miracle will happen and I will receive my Christmas present before Christmas day.

Do not order online from Mimco!

Hi there Do not order online from Mimco. Their customer service is appalling. It’s been a month since I ordered a bag and a keyring. Parcel came with just the keyring inside but packing slip said both items were in there. Contacted them on chat, text message and email (you cannot speak to a person as they don’t have a phone number which is unbelievable for an Australian company) and all I get back is AI generated messages telling me someone is looking into it, please be patient etc. I have a photo of the parcel bag my keyring came in which clearly shows there is no way the bag I ordered could have been inside the tiny parcel. It’s been a month now and still nothing. Do not buy online from Mimco because if something goes wrong, there is no one there to help you.

Beautiful leather - very stylish

I have recently purchased two bags at my local Mimco store. The sales people are so friendly and helpful. The bags I purchased were both very different in style, but the quality has been excellent. The leather is really lovely.

No flexibility on exchange products

I bought a bracelet as a present for a young 25yr old colleague in our office for her birthday. I forgot to leave the receipt with it. I returned from my holiday after a month and my colleague stated although she liked the bracelet it is very heavy( she has a ganglion on her wrist, to be removed) to wear. It weighed 25 g but she liked one that weighed just 2 5g.
Bearing in mind now one week after the 30days ( I had a chat with the chat line, who said it's discretion of shop if not worn etc) I took it to this pop up store in joondalup. The bracelet as you could see never been worn in the original box/bag etc. The manager unfortunately I cant remember her name but the date I did this was 10th Oct 2025, I purchased bracelet 30th September. This manager was very rude in attitude, did agree to change it but made me pay another 19 dollars as I had got a discount previously. Obviously I paid it, BUT never will I shop there again and have warned others about my poor service with mimco. So nobody wins!

I have never had a bad experience, I've shopped at Mimco for years, I've purchased a myriad of products, bags, shoes, wallets, even sunglasses. I've never had an issue.
The longevity of their products and s second to none

Very rude sales person

Hi, last Friday I was in mimco Melbourne Central, sales person was so rude , never go there again 👎🏻 I asked order for me ring, they usually doing door to door service but she didn’t do it , I don’t remember her name, it was in 28/03/25 10 am in Melbourne Central, I wish Australia can change sales persons like this 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Not new, damaged and poor experience


Mimco Solar Tote.
This bag arrived in what can only be described as used condition. Not new as sold. No protective stickers to hardware. No protection to straps, zip ends etc (usually a white kind of foamy wrap). Leather very marked and small mark on the inside. Straps held a position as if the bag had been hung. Clearly a second or floor stock. I returned the bag and was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived the same. It was squashed into a box too small so super creased. No protection anywhere, damaged foot, straps hung etc. Anyway, CX offered a discount (which the bag had been on sale for before, so still nothing more than you could have got for a brand new bag) and small good will gesture voucher which they would credit to my mince acc. I said, I don’t want a good will gesture as won’t be coming back, just refund the total of the two and call it done. Normally I would have returned a bag in this condition, however this bag was now out of stock and as I already had the same bag in the black and ivory, I wanted to complete the set. CX basically refused the request and just refunded their initial offer and told me about it after the fact. So basically, no opportunity for me to object. Very poor show in my opinion. I won’t shop again in the future. Then they refused to publish my review which to me isn’t great as why hide my experience from others .

She thinks she's working at Chanel!

I want to share my in-store experience, which I believe was sadly lacking, this afternoon for my click-and-collect experience. I did send this to Mimco(no interest) Customer Care but they didn't respond

Firstly, I have never shopped at Mimco and with that said, I certainly won't be again at the Mimco Central Plaza at least.

I came into the store just after 1 pm to collect, with two staff serving at the counter, as a third went to lunch. A blonde girl asked me if she could assist and as soon as I said it was a collection, she gave me a spiel that the other person, who was serving would assist as she needed to be on the floor, like she was the Venduse or Directrice of Chanel!
Now you are aware of your store size, there are no separate rooms or blind spots so she could have quickly assisted AND acknowledged any new customers as they entered AND done my collection but no, she stood there greeting and smiling, which is all well and good and after about five minutes of me waiting, I heard her tell another customer to join the line for service. This is when I spin around and point out that if she had just assisted me in the first place, there wouldn't be a line.

She blustered some reasons as to why she HAD to be on the floor but then sent the other girl, who had just finished her sale on to the floor and proceeded to make the gesture to get my item.

I absolutely refused to accept service from her as she didn't want to assist initially, she continued to sprout rubbish and the other girl processed my click and collect within 30 seconds. I genuinely wish I had had the manners to thank the girl who assisted but I was too furious and just asked for my item (which I still haven't looked at) refused a bag and left with a parting shot at the blonde girl that the word shop assistant has assist in it.

No doubt you can watch this entire experience on your internal cameras.

I am fully of the belief that as my purchase was a collection and not going to her sales targets, she just couldn't care about the service. If I am wrong, I would appreciate a response to this email.
It's been over a week later and I am still horrified that she totally gave me the Pretty Woman shop assistant experience.

Big mistake. Big. Huge.

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would absolutely appaling customer service copy and paste style. Product is shocking got a bag 9 weeks ago the loop bit were the strap goes has broken off the stitching just tore off.

My mum also had an issue with the same back my kmart $20 bag is better than the $299 bag from mimco.

Faulty product

Faulty product. The leather leaves marks all over my clothes and sticks to any surface . Their customer service doesn’t care and it’s appalling. Won’t but Mimco again.

I bought a handbag for travel purposes…

I bought a handbag for travel purposes in August last year. I used it on my recent travel overseas for 6 weeks. The shoulder strap loop has a joint in the middle at the bottom, so the strap kept falling off dropping my handbag contents onto the ground. I had to return it by postage back home as it was just eating up room in my restricted luggage and wasn't practical at all. The proof of purchase is on my bank statement as I don't keep receipts for items I will keep and use. I raised this with DJ's Mimco and the lady there informed me that without a physical receipt, there is no proof of purchase. Very disappointed.

I changed my address before I placed…

I changed my address before I placed the online order. But due to Mimco's system error, still shows my old address. I contacted Mimco, and they provide the customer care to solve my problem. After I explained the problem, the customer care ignores me. I mentioned there is risk that I will not receive my parcel...still ignore me.
I contacted Mimco online chat, they don't listen what you say, they just repeat the same thing whatever you say... this is so hopeless, and Mimco online agent closed my chat without finish conversation.
I paid my money, now no reply, no order update, nothing...
Won't buy anything from Mimco again!

I am so disappointed with Mimco…

I am so disappointed with Mimco customer service . There is NO customer service . I have a tote bag that is faulty. It is impossible to get any help . Leaving messages , texts and waiting for a reply is unacceptable. I am a good customer with a bad result. No more mimco or recommendations from me .Reading the reviews says it all . What a shame ..
