I am starting class action lawsuit against modanisa. If anyone wants to join please express it here and I will get in touch through emails or some other way.
What Modanisa is doing to its customers is not cool and they are basically ripping them off
If you're happy with your items, everything is fine. But if you're not and you have to deal with customer service then you are doomed. On their item page it says free returns, but when you actually go ahead to proceed with returning it says £9.99 will be deducted from your refund or you have to ship at your own expense! How is that called free return?? And the customer service is useless, they give you an irrelevant reply and close the case, that is IF they reply at all. I am now left with an unwanted item that does not match the pictures or description and modanisa refuses to accept a return for a full refund even though their deceiving website offers free returns. I'm very disappointed with my shopping with modanisa. I should have used a credit card to claim for my money back.
Would not recommend them to anyone.

For a FIRST ORDER I read the written offer and promise by Modanisa that it would be 30% OFF. I signed up and registered as a new customer and the online process acknowledged and treated me as so, thus a first time order as a first time order and there was no coupon code that was advertised nor described that needs adding. The coupon code: "FASHION30" advertised and offered in plain writing on the worldwide web as an "extra 30% off" was automatically appearing in the online shopping basket, BUT I WAS OVERCHARGED when there was NO DEDUCTION to the priced item. Surely, the price of a £20.99 item for example CANNOT remain the SAME if ADVERTISED PERCENTAGES are DEDUCTED from PRICES of ITEMS?! Hasn’t Modanisa, a company broken the law and acted unfairly, and I am able to report Modanisa to Trading Standards? Modanisa misled me into ordering to buy their chargeable products and use their non-chargeable services when the business is supposed to be selling products. Since last Wednesday I’m in limbo!!
Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating.
The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself . I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase.

Placed an order 2017-10-29 for almost 700EUR.
After waiting 1 month without any information about the order, i checked the UPS tracking-link and realized that they claimed they had tried to deliver the order 3 times without luck and had contacted Modanisa who sad that they wanted the delivery back.
I got absolutely no delivery tries, no information that my package had arived and no call or mail from either UPS or Modanisa!
When Modanisa payed back my money, they payed 50EUR less for the return shipping!
I tried to make them understand that i never returned anything, that i simply didnt recieved them, and asked why i should pay 50EUR for a delivery i never got.
It has been almost 5 months now, and they never answer my questions, doesnt answer my mails for weeks, talks veru rude on the customer support and keeps closing the issue so i have to reopen it time after time!!
I have given up now, and will never ever buy from them again!
Stay away if you like quality products and quality customer treatment!
