Easy and simple to order online and the delivery was even better, was expecting it to be awkward as I had to be at home but the first slot booked was at 5.45pm which gave me plenty of time to finish work and be at home for delivery.

My first time purchasing from pellpax,absolutely brilliant service! From the lovely lady who took my order to the gent who delivered my pistols both so polite.delivery time was exceptional 4 days and bang on time as indicated.

I paid for a walnut stock rifle on 17th Nov, on the 27th Nov they delivered the wrong rifle a black synthetic cheaper one. I emailed them with a picture of their unbelievable mistake they said they'd arrange for an exchange & pop in a free tin of pellets as compensation.
On the 2nd Dec a driver brought the exchange but didn't know anything about free pellets & fobbed it off as "It's only pellets" & he didn't seem to know anything about air guns as he hadn't a clue what a chrono was so i had to explain what it was it to him.
Due to Government Legislation introduced in 2007 all air guns, air rifles, air pistols, and silencers must be sold face to face by a Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD).
If he was a RFD he'd know what a Chrono was.
I emailed them again for their second mistake & they said
sorry & they would send the pellets.

Pellpax were offering a free 3 litre bottle along with certain air rifles which made it a very compelling deal. The prices are very competetive and I felt the door to door delivery service was fairly priced. Everything arrived on the day promised so it's really hard to fault the whole service. I will definitely use Pellpax again in the future.

Pellpax have a very clear delivery service and i have found this works amazingly, they send a driver to your house and provide the exact date and time a few days before. I have had several deliveries and all were perfect!

Try and ignore the odd bad review, I have been buying airguns from Pellpax since I got made disabled years ago, long before everyone else started store to door delivery and I have never had anything but the best service from Pellpax especially the delivery, they keep you informed every step of the way either by email or text messages, the last one I bought was from a black Friday deals and it's here with me a week later, if it ever stops raining I'll get out and try it out unfortunately Pellpax can't change the weather

This is my 3rd gun from Pellpax and as in the previous 2 times everything was faultless. Got a texted message to say the delivery was on its way and you are able to track where they are with the minutes counting down.
Cannot beat the sale they had on Reximex for Black Friday. I don't know what the service is like from other gun to you door retailers but have no reason to find out at the moment.

Very slow to deliver, 3 weeks from me paying to receiving the gun. Magazine was broken, got a jobs worth's reply wanting photos and me to send it back rather than just replacing a small cheap item

The service is exceptional, especially the delivery to you door. You are kept up to date on he delivery time regularly and can even watch the driver's approach on a map within 30 minutes of delivery.

I have been a customer (online) of pellpax for a few years now and the service has always been really great.

I'll give an example;
Recently, I purchased my first PCP .22 air rifle and on receipt it wasn't really fit for what I wanted. This was no fault of pellpax, this was more the model I had purchased and it was going to need some tweaks.

I gave the team a call and asked if I could give this particular rifle back and upgrade it. They were more than happy to help and now I've got a PCP .22 perfect for my needs!

They've always been helpful via email and the folks on the end of the phone are always happy to provide advice and suggestions.

I make most of my purchases through pellpax now.
Shout out to the delivery drivers, they are great folk who put up with my little barky dog very well!
