Wasn't sure about this site due to the poor reviews on here but decided to chance it. Am so glad I did as the skirt I ordered was amazing. Looked exactly like the picture, the texture was a love suade & it looked amazing on. Went for a size up then my measurements & it fit perfectly. Shipping was also super fast & only took a week

I’ve ordered a few items off ROMWE, the t-shirts were a bit small but that’s about It! I’m waiting for my second delivery now.
I ordered two Halloween phone cases which were great, two t-shirts that were a bit small so I’ve gone for a large now not a medium, trousers which fitted great, because clothes normally from China are small but these were just right, cushion cover with sunflowers on, and a pair of socks with skeletons on. The stuff on the website is pretty cheap and affordable but just make sure you check out the reviews first and it’s always good if someone’s posted a photo of the item so you have a rough idea on the size etc.. everything I got was what I expected, it took around 10 days for delivery, I live in the UK so was pretty quick considering. If you have the ROMWE app, in your deliveries it has a tracker and tells you each stop and where it is. I wish I could attach a photo of what I had but doesn’t let you. I see all these bad reviews and I’m quite glad I didn’t look at them before ordering because I love what I bought and looking forward to my delivery that’s on it’s way!

I ordered May 13 and it’s almost been two months and it’s been in California and hasn’t moved at all. I’m pissed and I just want my clothes

I ordered 5 items the cloths quality looked good and the price was amazing I have no complaints the clothing came nicely packed I will order again no hesitation.

Very very disappointed with the quality of the clothing, nothing at all like the photos on the website, ordered 7 hoodies for my daughter for Xmas presents, the quality is shocking, I hope she isn’t disappointed as there are no returns labels inside the package

Correct sizing on their web, items are the same size than they had advertised . The customer service is nice.

Appalling company.
Incorrect sizing on their web, items arrived a lot smaller than they had advertised (when finally they did arrive) The company sent a return label not valid in the UK - which was no help whatsoever.
They promised to send a refund but only sent about a quarter of what I had paid !!
I have had numerous conversations with them regarding this, they are very insincere and do not appear to care at all how they have let me/my daughter down.
This is absolutely terrible customer service.
I expect I will get an insincere response asking for my order number so that they can look into it for me and then they will do nothing !!!!!!!
All I want is the refund of my outlay.
This is a very dishonourable company - am guessing they operate from somewhere in Asia by the way they communicate.
