I ordered a dressmakers dummy but when it arrived it was badly damaged, I have to say probably in transit, a return has been arranged but the company will only send me a replacement once they receive the returned item, I think this is terrible customer service and makes it almost look as if they don't trust me to return it, so now I'm going to have a refund and buy one from someone else

I was disappointed with my order. For the cost, I expected something out of the ordinary. I expected them to be very pretty. They were no different than the ones I could purchase from a local retailer. I attempted to contact via email, to no avail. The email was invalid. I just spoke with a representative requesting to return. They said I would have to pay for return shipping. Ridiculous, considering I paid shipping upon ordering. Sadly, I will not order again.

I had a very good contact with the company "sewing online". Received my order from Great Brittain to the Netherlands within a week.

I signed up for a class through Connor. So far no access and have called and emailed this company for 3 days and no response. I understand with the corona virus no one answering phone, but do not understand no email response for 3 days. it was a nominal fee but at this point will dispute it with my cc company.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered a dress form and paid by mastercard which I have had since the 1970's. I received an email to say my address did not match the one on the card therefore order could not be processed and therefore canceled. Later in the week the amount was debited from my account. I demanded a credit immediately but 1 week later I have still not been refunded

Superb goods and customer service. Pleasure to deal with. They really went the extra mile to help out.

I ordered fabric on the 26th December, paid with paypal, then on the 29th December Sarah emailed me to say that they only had one unit of the fabric and would I want this and an alternative. 1 unit _ fat quarter_ was of no use to me so I said no and requested a refund. I never heard back, I emailed again twice and still no acknowledgement. I called after New Years and spoke to Sarah , she contacted the department who deals with finances and informed me the refund would be in my account the end of the day or early next day at the very latest. It never happened and I have opened a claim with paypal. No happy at all at the lack of care and to me over 32.00 is a lot of money to have taken and not returned. Avoid as they don't appear to update their stock levels on-line and you could be buying a product line that is no longer available.
