I wish to return my order

I wish to return my order. I tried to follow the prescribed Returns process at using the specified web address but repeatedly got the message "Sorry. There was a problem.
We were unable to log your return, please try again in 15 minutes.". As suggested I tried and tried again - no luck. I tried emailing 'theHipStore' via email address as quoted on the paperwork accompanying my order and the email address as quoted in the Terms and Conditions both of which were rejected as 'No results found'. I tried 'phoning the telephone number 0161 393 7063 (as quoted on the paperwork accompanying my order) and was answered by a robot which, after I'd provided the necessary details (my 'phone number and Order Number) rejected by 'phone call and peremptorily terminated. I despair !!!!! This is not what I expected and I'm now unsure what I can to to register the return of my order.
