Support is bad. Internet line is relatively stable. Price is cheap
Support is bad. You need to wait for an hour to get to support chat and then it's a lot of back and forth formalities that barely solve the actual problem.
Calling them - near impossible. Complicated authentication process…
I wish they just simplified their support.
Otherwise internet line is relatively stable. Price is cheap.

One of the oldest mobile providers and yet data is terrible. Gee. Don't recommend.
Worse can't be bothered company ever
I requested for my m1 mobile line to be terminated on Tuesday because i could not reach anyone from your company when i received unknown charges without a bill.
On the same day, my line got terminated by your termination officer who has no experience in terminating lines. I did tell him i had an outstanding bill due to late invoicing by your company.
The staff went ahead to cut my line.
Since then, I have been trying to get my line reinstated so i can pay the bill.
However, after spending 110 minutes on the phone in less than two days on your 1627 "hotline", still no one picked up the phone whether it's 9am or 8pm. There is no easy way for a member of public, let alone a customer to contact your company.
Apparently, no one wants or knows how to do their job and respond to e-mails appropriately. Even after e-mailing custrelation (at) m1.com.sg, no one could do the simple task of momentarily reinstating my line till the end of this week in order to pay my bill.
Two working days later, still no action on m1.
I have exhausted all means trying to pay an outstanding bill to m1. This clearly demonstrates how your company is run.
