m2M Cycling is here to support guys at the early stages of their road cycling adventure. Where you can come together for things such as sharing cycling hints and tips, arranging group rides and chatting about road bikes (other forms of bicycles and cycling are allowed, too). It’s intended to be this and more. As someone who’s had medication-necessary, mild anxiety for several years, cycling has helped me connect with other guys going through similar things. With these connections has come camaraderie and conversation. This is what I would love this place to become. As a newbie to distance cycling on the road this was the perfect tool to guide me. This ebook was very well constructed and answers all questions you may have as it goes into heavy detail on all areas.
Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about taking up cycling or even if you haven’t cycled for a while and are thinking about getting back out and starting again :)))

Great book, full of usefulness! Now I might be termed ‘experienced’ but would suggest something here for the newbie to the seasoned cyclist. Read it from cover to cover! Thought the discussion on road type for best safety particularly thought provoking. Add in the web-site blog and post-casts - I’ve listened to all four so far and found myself shouting in agreement and sometimes in disagreement, but entertaining nonetheless! Book would be a great stocking filla……

Got me back on my bike again after quite a while off of it. I'll still be the fat lad at the back for a while but with these tips and advice I'll only get faster and faster!

Some great tips I hadn't thought about. And it's doesn't go too deep, which would have bored me to tears. Just right.
Some of stories of lessons are actually really funny and I found myself laughing out loud a few times. (quite embarrassing on a busy train)
