Okay ,first look at the site ,Seems good , so I order some parts, payment goes fast, but after payment everything goes slowly, the processing of the order took 11 days , Sending the parts took a month and a half , With the specified tracking nr , I contacted customer service , Answer was that the package was still on its way , But according to the site, shipping takes two weeks , and the package has been standing still for 2 weeks , However, I received another tracking number , This is after 4 weeks that the package is on the road, After having had contact with customer service several times , The package was underway for much longer Then specified , must honestly say that answering the complaints was done quickly, Only the answers were sometimes weird , but ,, quality of the parts sold are okay ,, could be better .. but is okay, Shipping itself is a disaster, It gives you a feeling you get nothing and will be scammed, It is that you get an answer to your complaints that you think of okay ,, There is still hope that I will get something delivered ,

Great experience. Fantastic product. Very attentive customer support. The only aspect that could be improved would be shipping time. It took a month for the ordered items to arrive. I would certainly be willing to pay a higher cost for shipping if the order could arrive sooner.

Purchased an HC Diana blaster and I got exactly what was advertised. Shipping took about a month but that's to be expected when getting products from China to the States especially things with lipo batteries. All and great experience.

The thread on the plastic flame arrester broke off the first time I tried to tighten it. Thus, the flame arrester became useless.
But the handguard I took was quite normal.
