Positive Experience with Shipping and Quality, but a Missing Item Needs Resolution!
After receiving the package, everything went good at first until I realized that one of the items was missing.

I understand that handling an order of 10 items can be challenging and require intricate record-keeping. However, as a new customer, I had higher expectations for reliability and precision, especially for orders with larger quantities.

That said, there are still positive aspects worth mentioning:
• Free Shipping & Packaging: 10/10. The shipping time was excellent for an order coming from China, taking just 18 days to arrive at my doorstep without any complications. (I live on the west coast of the U.S.), the package itself was securely packed and well-protected.
• Product Quality: 9/10. The quality of the items were quite good for their price point. I have no complaints in this regard.
Overall, I would consider purchasing from this supplier again. However, I might think twice before ordering more than 10 items at once.

This website is a scam
This website is a scam. I bought a blaster over a month ago. It hasn’t arrived. I wrote to them and they sent me a tracking page which feels doctored. The status updates to ‘In-Transit’ everyday with just dates and times changing. Their response to this was it is in NY and being shipped to my state. I stated that my state is NY and then there was silence at their end . I have asked for a refund let’s see if they prove me right!

Great prices, an amazing variety of blasters both foam dart and gel, customer service and the free shipping is amazing. My only gripe is that they don't offer a postage for expedited shipping, I would happily pay postage if it meant I get my parcel in a couple of weeks as it tends to take a weeks to ship (sometimes) and 3 weeks to ship over then another week or just less to actually get to me, so if they had an option to fly it over I'd be buying a ton more from them. Otherwise I have nothing bad at all to say about them and everything good.

Great items for everyone
Great variety of items to choose from, no matter what you search for (gel blasters, NERF or Airsoft like myself). Responsive support, but a bit slow delivery.
I asked a few questions using their chat on the website. Some of them took very long to answer but one answered within minutes. Overall, I think the support was good while the delivery takes 12-14 days to ship to United states.

I ordered a gel blaster. Shortly after placing the order, I received a tracking number. I was suddenly unsure because of the bad entries on Trustpilot. Nevertheless, I could see progress in the shipment tracking and my package arrived. Unfortunately, there was some transport damage (T-angle broken). I reported this to the shop and the right replacement part was sent to me immediately, without any additional costs. Service Contact is very fast. The replacement part also arrived. For me, top service. Many thanks from Germany.
