I had gino as my instructor I passed first time with him he was very helpful and good teaching me I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn to drive

I had a great experience learning with Gino Gizzi. He is a patient and supportive instructor who made a big difference in my driving journey. From the beginning, he created a calm and encouraging environment, which really helped build my confidence behind the wheel.

Gino explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure you fully understand each step, rather than rushing through lessons. Even when I made mistakes, he remained calm and constructive, which made it much easier to improve without feeling stressed.

Thanks to his guidance and teaching approach, I was able to pass my driving test successfully. I would highly recommend Gino Gizzi to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and patient driving instructor.

I’ve had some difficult experiences with driving instructors in the past, where negative comments really affected my confidence. Learning with Malcolm has been a completely different experience.
He is consistently positive, motivating, and knows how to challenge me in a constructive way.

One of the things I appreciate most is how he helps me manage and reduce my anxiety while driving, creating an environment where I feel supported rather than judged.

Malcolm plans each lesson carefully, but what really sets him apart is his flexibility. If I recognise that I’m struggling with something or need extra practice, he’s more than willing to adapt the lesson to focus on that. This approach has made a huge difference in my progress and confidence.

I passed my practical test with Gino as my instructor and he was fantastic. He gave very clear explanations and was consistently helpful throughout lessons, I feel his approach to teaching has made me a better driver post passing my test then I would be otherwise.

Malcolm Collins is my driving instructor and I would highly recommend him. I am a very late learner and he makes it so easy to not feel nervous, Hes patient He explains everything to you calmly an clear so you understand what's happening. His timing is perfect. Personally Im so very happy with him as my instructor cz of how comfortable he makes me that I don't think I could ever learn from anybody else now. He has so much respect he makes you feel like a friend.

His patience, dedication, and innovative teaching techniques — including filming lessons and providing detailed driving commentary — made all the difference. I passed my driving test first time in January and wanted to give my instructor Malcolm a massive thank you for all of his help and support. Malcolm took the time to understand how I learn best and accommodated it, answering my many many questions very patiently. He's helped me develop a really secure foundation for independent driving and I would recommend him for anyone learning manual in the Newport area.

Malcolm gave very succinct instruction and created a calm environment. Made for an enjoyable experience.

Recently passed my practical test first time after lessons with Malcolm. Would highly recommend him to other learners especially those who are a bit nervous about driving like I was when I first started. Malcolm was great at explaining all aspects of driving whether verbally or with the trusty white board and it's thanks to him that I feel confident to drive. He's really knowledgeable about driving in Cardiff and that helped greatly for my test.

Achieved a first time pass today with Chi in Newport. Chi is a truly amazing instructor who genuinely cares about his pupils. His structured lessons and patience gave me the confidence I needed to pass. It took me a while to get comfortable behind the wheel, but Chi somehow managed to teach me how to calm down, and make me laugh at the same time. I am going to miss our Tuesday mornings. Very helpful and patient when teaching you to learn. They go through all the steps thoroughly and aid you every step along the way.

Well when I started my first lesson with Luke I was so nervous but he give me hope and told me to relax from that moment I loved every lesson was excited to get in the drivers seat he had faith in me and told me everything I need to know I couldn’t have passed without him thank you so much Luke!
