Jeremy Goodman has to be one of the most honourable and helpful of van dealers. He was very patient as he found me a 17 seater van to convert in to a campervan, weighed it, test drove it and had begun a spray paint on it. He had my deposit of £5,000. It was at this point that I received a negative medical diagnosis that meant I could no longer be doing up a van this summer. When I explained this I also said that I quite understood if he should need to keep a large proportion of the deposit, for the work and respray he had already done and that I would accept his decision. In the event he only kept the minimum spent and as you can imagine, I was very relieved.The money was back in my account within two days. I can give him no higher praise and I hope I will be able to go back at a future date.

My company had been looking for a large, Euro 6 London ULEZ compliant minibus for some time. Having tried, and been disappointed with, other specialist dealers, the vehicle I found at M4 was by far the best, the price exceptionally good and the warranty much better than other dealers. In addition, the service provided was friendly, professional and efficient - I could not have asked for better. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service, I was given clear guidance on the vehicle status and was able to move swiftly from test drive to deposit to purchase. Would have liked more leeway on price but the van had been thoroughly mechanically brought up to standard for sale.

Minibus:
A very straightforward experience.
Jeremy kept in touch every step of the process. We drove down 390 miles in our old minibus; traded it in; drove back in our “New” one. All went without a hiccup.

My experience of salesmen is one of normally feeling buttered up or pressurised, none of those were my experience with Jeremy. Dealing with Jeremy very easy , travelled from Manchester to view vehicle , was just as described , very clean bus , dent was repaired and can’t tell it ever had one , was kept up to date with how it was going (mot , tacho calibration) delivered free of charge , will definitely return when needing another bus in the future , great service
