Mark made my rental search easier than ever. He was highly communicative and accommodating when it came to my needs as a renter. He checked in with me frequently to make sure I felt positive about the rental search process. He was able to find me a new place in about 4 weeks. I highly recommend working with him on your search for your next home or rental.

Mark is an amazing realtor. My father is both a senior and a veteran, who was in the market for his dream home. Mark not only assisted with the locating a home and the administrative process, he also assisted with finding a lender. He was great meeting us out for showings or even assisting with getting my father to showings. I recommend his services all the time and look forward to working with him in the future.

Best realtor in the state of Maryland got in contact with Mr.McFadden sometimes in December told him my move in date did his best and got me a place that I am in love with on my actually move in date extremely professional his customer service is a plus to the work and magic he makes happen behind close doors he is truly a wonderful realtor and he is always willing to help and find the best outcome for anybody special situation.

Mr. McFadden is probably the best landlord I've ever had. He's responsive, flexible, courteous, and super professional. His rental contract with me is extremely reasonable. During COVID there were a couple months when I was without a job, and he was totally willing to work with me on the rent as long as I kept him updated. His maintenance contractors are wonderful; experienced, responsive, courteous, and they actually listen to me when I have an issue and suspect a cause. I love my apartment - I've been here 2 1/2 yrs now and have no plans to go anywhere else. If I do, I plan to buy and will use Mr. McFadden's real estate brokerage to do so. 5 enthusiastic stars!

Mr. McFadden became my realtor sixteen years ago when I purchased my first home. In this home I raised my two daughters. Mr. McFadden was also the realtor whom both of my daughters used to purchase their first home. Mark McFadden is an excellent realtor. His expertise is unmeasured. I found my apartment on a time crunch. Though there were some issues in the first few months, Mark did take the time to listen to my concerns and was prompt to fix them. He is mature, personable and kind.
Any issues I have had or concerns, he goes out of his way to take the time to do what he can to help.

I only give 4 stars as there are a few things that I feel could’ve been dealt with more professionally from the beginning and thoroughly but overall positive comments here.

Mark is easy to work with and always accessible, Mark has been there for me twice. Both times I was on a dead line to move and both times he came through, so that reason I will always choose McFadden And Associates.

I was referred to Mark through family members and decided to give him a call. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price point and he gave me a nice list of homes to choose from.
