Unprofessional staff provided. Heard a lot from my relative in Budge Budge, so I booked them for 24hrs. The 1st person was good , but very Unprofessional, always in every 10days within half days notice she use to go home without any replacement. The last one was very mischievous in her personal life & always use to ask for leave & never came back the time she promised to come back. My patient fall down from bed due to her negligence resulted operation in left leg & wrist. After reporting to the centre owner about all these , no action was taken. Ultimately the lady ran away with salary advance ( as suggested by the centre owner) leaving the patient who was in death threat. The owner didn't even react after listening. The owners actions suggested that they were fully aware by all these done by the aaya. Pathetic and unprofessional service.
