I'm a newbie in the cycling world. That's the reason i wanted to try a proper roadbike before I can commit to a (at least) 2k investment. I selected a frame size based on your website indication. But it happens the bike was way too small for me. But at the shop no one correct it. I expected a more tailored service for such a price. 60€ for what happen to be a 3h trip at the end is a bit expensive. On the other side, i've changed my reservation date a couple of time, and you guys showed a lot of flexibility which is really nice.

Great service ordering my PNS Gilet
I tried several colors of the PNS Mechanism Women's Stow Away Gilet.However the color that I liked was not available in the correct size in the Amsterdam store. They helped me ordering it via the website of Maats and I received it within 2 business days. Very happy with the great service and with my gilet.
