One item in sale I bought appeared to be out of stock. I received a friendly message offering me a comparable item, not in sale but with the same discount. Great service!

The Maats team customer service has really been amazing. My wife and I visited the store in June and were so impressed by the employees. I purchased a jersey at the time, then crashed on my bike a month later and ruined it. The Maats team continued to be concerned for my recovery when I reached out and were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting me a replacement jersey. 10/10 would recommend this store to all my friends.

Made the long trip to the store in Utrecht to try on some some MAAP clothing to find out my size. Staff was very helpful with sizing and styling advice. Despite the fact that a lot of the items were not in stock or my size, the staff helped me decide on a bundle and guided me through the payment process, which arrived really quick. As an apology for the lack of inventory he even threw in a little extra freebie. Top service you only get from boutique stores, like this.
