I love these labels
I love these labels. Bought them for my kids (many have lasted for their whole childhood, on mugs and packs) - then bought more for my husband and I. Very tough, yet cheery and cute.

Image is not as crisp
I ordered some labels with the firetruck design on it. On the computer screen, the image is crisp. However, on the labels that I received, it looks grainy and pixelated. I'm not 100% satisfied with the product as it does not appear like on the picture. The labels have a nice thickness and waterproof smooth texture to it.

Good service, no tracking
I had an issue with an incorrect address on my order, which was fixed right away when I contacted customer service. I was sent new labels right away, which was great. My only issue is that since there was no tracking on my package and I was given a 4-11 business day window, it was difficult to know if/when my package was arriving. I would suggest adding tracking to the shipments if it is possible to do so.
