The product is awesome, but the communication could be a little better. I placed the order and heard nothing until the shirts arrived about a month later (which may have been extended because of Christmas shipping delays), which made me a little nervous. They did eventually respond to my email to ask if I had received the items. I'll likely order from them again.

Send me the merchandise I payed for...lets start there.

After two weeks my order hasn't even been processed let alone shipped. This is a Christmas gift that now will never be received on Christmas.

If I could give them a score less than 1, that’s what I’d do. My grandson will be

Why email me a survey asking for my review when you haven’t even shipped the item. What did you expect me to say.

The quality was good, I bought the shirt for my brother and he loved it! I will order from here again! The only thing was that I never received a tracking number so that made me nervous! With that being said my brother received his shirt in 15 days from the day I ordered it!

I had ordered a AZ Coyotes XL shirt based on size chart, or so I thought. I got a S instead I sent email inquiry as shown on website. No response. I feel as if I got ripped off on that purchase

They never reply to my email regarding changing my address since their system changed my address to autofault when I placed my order. I never got a response to my three emails, and I don't know if I will ever receive my product since they never responded to my email. If I don't get a response soon, I will dispute all charges. I will never order from this company again.

The quality, prices and discts are great and make it an excellent purchase.
Delivery usually took 3 weeks from date of ordering in my past 7 orders. This time it took an extra 5 days, which is acceptable.

There was a mistake on my order (ie. no pockets as ordered on 5 of the 11 items purchased). Was handled promptly and a refund for the pockets is to be issued, as there isn't much else that can be done. Disappointed, but understanding of the limited options due to distance and shipping time & expense involved.

Product was exactly as displayed.

Lack of communication regarding my order such as order processing and shipping. I still have not received my order!

The size that I ordered was not the size I received according to their size chart. The store who created it sent me a chart that isn't on the website stating it was the correct size. When I sent a screen shot of the correct size chart associated with the shirt, all communication stopped. I either want a refund or I want the correct size sent. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

The ordering process was very simple. The shipping was very fast also.

The shirt was well made and came quickly before the start of the Bills 1st game. My granddaughter liked it and said she wants to wear it to school. Unfortunately, OJ Simpson is on the shirt and he is not well respected in our area. I wish they would have picked another HOF.

It's a good fit, took a while to come but was worth the wait.

My item is sewn crooked. And no reply or response after multiple attempts to company. They have 7 day return for defected items. No response Tried emailing. Calling. Messaging. Now have pay pal reaching out. No representative is replying
