I am having trouble with the withdrawal of my money. After paying the supposed “taxes” in order to free my money, now I am being asked to pay even more money for Macan to liberate my money so that I can withdraw it. I hope this is just a misunderstanding as the money amount we are talking about is high. I have been trying to contact the email offered in this site, however, this always comes back as “impossible to send, user unknown”. I demand for someone from customer service to contact me and give me a real email I can chat with.
