-Excellent Comprehensive Range of Korean products
-Always receieved what i paid for,no issues with Products or Packaging.
-They dont get enough credit since other platforms hog the attention.
-Excellent Deals and Discounts.
-Delivery may take a few days longer than some platforms
-Very honest about the Expiry Dates

I recently received the Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream from maccaron, and I'm obsessed with it. The texture is so smooth and light weight. A worth buying product.

I had a very bad experience with Maccaron. One of my prepaid items was never dispatched, yet their system showed it as delivered. Only after I chased them multiple times they mark it as cancelled and claim to issue a refund which I still have not received.
This is not just poor service but misleading and dishonest practice. There’s no customer support line, only repeated template emails. I do not recommend shopping here.

They are frauds, scamsters. It has been 4 months since I ordered, with no delivery or updates, they keep replying we cannot confirm a delivery time. In the end I had to discpute the charge with the credit card company

Okay first of all I don’t write reviews but this I have to put out so that anyone who have high hopes that their parcels that gonna dispatch within one month can sleep. I literally mailed them so many times and problem here is I didn’t buy other products thinking this will arrive it’s been past 5 months and I got message today only that it’s been dispatched. Atleast give proper dateline.

I placed an order with Maccaron, despite their claim that orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days, mine is still stuck on “processing.” There were no public holidays in between, and my order was not an MGS order, so there is no valid reason for this delay.

Their customer support is non-existent—the only way to contact them is through email, where they keep sending copy-paste replies with no actual resolution. There is no proper helpline, no option to cancel the order, and no refund issued despite multiple requests. They promised tracking updates via SMS, but that was just an empty statement.

At this point, Maccaron feels like a scam rather than a genuine e-commerce platform. Avoid ordering unless you’re okay with waiting indefinitely and getting no response from the company.

Had very bad experience with maccaron , its been more than 4 months and they haven’t deliver my order, they took the money priorly and hasn’t deliver it, and denying for the refund, worst company, not gonna order again, if you are indian want to order cosmetic go for nykaa or tira.

It has been close to 2 months and I haven't received my order. They have their policies in place that once the order ships from the location abroad it cannot be canceled or refunded. How is this my issue ? Apparently my order is stuck with customs for over a month now and they haven't be able to do anything about it. They are "trying", that's the only answer they give me. It just looks a scam now. Because shipments from other brands never take this long. And they didn't even inform me at first about the delay! I had to reach out. So Maccaron.in has taken my money, and is refusing to refund it, even though it's their problem. Not sure how they function. They don't even give a clear answer. I have no idea if I will even receive my order, and they refuse to refund my money. Very shady. I don't recommend ordering from here ever.

There is no customer care number. Been 11 days no tracking I'd to track order. Constantly replying to mail but no response. Was a prepaid order so not sure what's going on. Will take the case to customer care in next 10 days if not resolved.

The refund takes forever to come not even sure if they share a legit refund no, no response in emails for order status.my two orders were delivered on time but one order is still processing. This is non MSG order after seeing the issues regarding MSG i cancelled my MSG before shipping but yes refund is still not provided. The support Komal stopped responding to the order status.

This is a Fraud app. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have ordered 2 items paid in advance and still not delivered. They will give your 1st order on time and then from your next order they will NOT. Their is no customer care number. Just an email where you get same response every time from different person. No refund, no cancellation, No tracking. They are big scammers.

Maccaron beauty a very BIG scam company from Korea.Previously they had a branch in Gurugram.They will take your money and not deliver.They will not share a tracking id with you but will email you that you order is in customs clearance if you ask for the tracking id or the reason for the delay.Even after 2 months u will not receive your order.They are eating customers hard earned money.They will not even cancel or refund even after repeated emails.They dont even have a valid phone or chat other than an email.Such a fraud Maccaron.

I had ordered a product on 3rd June 2023 from Maccaron MGS and today we are in September 2023 and I haven't received the product yet. Since the order placed, I see only one message under this order - Your order is under custom clearance. After connecting to customer support multiple times, they repeatedly keep saying only one thing that our team is trying best to deliver your product and we will deliver you at the earliest. In last 3 months, I have received this message from customer support more than 5 times and I still do not see any solution or delivery happening and keep receiving the same reply each time. Maccaron Team does not even have any shame for their incompetent services after taking money in advance. I would rate their customer support service and product delivery service as minus 10 points rating.

Last month I purchased COSRX serum from Maccaron. I am just amazed with their services it was delivered within 2 days to the city I live in Delhi. MUst say Maccaron is Lifesaver if you are buying Korean Cosmetics and International beauty products. Highly recommend!
