Purchased a 5 wood which arrived before the promised date.
The Club is absolutely stunning and MacGregor kept me informed .

After confirming that duty and taxes were paid by MacGregor, I received an invoice from the tax authorities to pay. Invoice send to MacGregor with the confirmation they would settle. Not. After receiving a payment reminder of the tax authorities, again communicated with MacGregor to settle and at least communicate on status. Did not hear back since.

Great delivery time, came earlier than expected. Boxed well, no damages. I bought the MacSpd irons and they are fantastic, they feel great, consistency is good and look amazing.

Never got club issue with courier left parcel in unsafe place and forge signature not even my name terrible experience as parcel gone missing was Christmas present very unhappy customer

I ordered a Tourney max driver on the 7th December and was promised a free delivery between 12th-16th Dec. I was notified on the 12th that delivery would be that day and a 2 hour timeslot was given. It turned up on time, tracking feature was great, packaging fine. Great service.

I have been trying to find pink left handed golf clubs for ages. I almost gave up searching but found the perfect Christmas gift for my daughter on the MacGregor website and they were delivered fast and efficiently! Cheers!

Exactly the bag l required, have not used it on the course as weather is bad

Next day delivery, only downside was I put the trolley in my basket and the next day it went up £25.
Otherwise would have been a rare 5 stars

easy to order and quick delivery of item. Only reason for 4 stars is that I did email them with a query but no one replied.

Played two 9 hole rounds of golf with the macgregor v max irons with graphite shafts, visually they looked the part but my god are they awful and cheap, the pitching wedge head came off and after a couple shots, and the shafts had split near the head of the club on most clubs after a few shots, they are so so cheap and awful, I mean 18 holes in total played on them and new clubs needed....tried to contact macgregor got no where with them, they are out of stock on their website but if they come back in stock I suggest to hold off, save a bit and get a better quality club as these are terrible, honestly wish I could upload the images of them, day light robbery at it's finest with these clubs, I would recommend avoiding them as you will only have to pull out again for another set of irons, absolute awful experience with them, but never again as I will be avoiding the brand at all costs.
