Took ages to get the items I ordered
Took ages to get the items I ordered. 3 weeks for one and 7 for the other. No communication from them until I enquired on whereabouts of items. Piss poor.

My husband went for his kilt last year…
My husband went for his kilt last year and had a great experience. He bought his kilt and rented 5 kilts. His kilts looks amazing and is of great quality. The staff are experienced and professional and very happy to help.
We had 2 people who were in a different country and MacGregor & MacDuff have a great online system for the sizes. We also got flasks in a kilt pattern for the wedding party which was a great touch and everyone loved them.
Would highly recommend attending MacGregor and MacDuff for any kilt needs

A very positive experience
A very positive experience of purchasing an ‘only worn once’ kilt online. They had the tartan that I wanted, the measuring guide on their website plus a measurement video were both very helpful, the kilt was delivered very quickly, and the quality of the kilt is just lovely. I’m really happy with the whole process, and delighted with the product. I would use them again.

excellent service and super happy with the product. one point to mention is that as an overseas buyer, I was obliged to pay a significant sum in import taxes. This was in no way MacGregor & Duff's fault or responsibility but I mention as this is something other overseas buyers might be faced with.

Exceptional service would highly recommend
I don't normally review anything but I felt compelled to provide feedback on my exceptional service from Macgregor and Macduff. I contacted the main customer service team and David was incredibly helpful giving me advice on what blazer/waistcoat and suit would go with the family kilt we had for my son. The service was very quick and I picked up the Blazer etc from the Yoker shop. Jade looked after us in the Yoker shop and was so incredibly helpful, advising us on the right length of blazer, waistcoat and pattern of tie and colour of socks. Jade was so professional, friendly and funny, and a whizz and buttoning a waistcoat ! Many thanks for all your help and we would highly recommend visiting MacGregor and MacDuff for kilt hire.
