Pre-ordered a profitec coffee machine on the 22nd of January with the knowledge of that this was a pre-order and would be delivered middle of February. Sadly Machina coffee are incapable of keeping anybody up to date with the situation and so far it is now the 8th of March and I'm still without a £2400 coffee machine. The only time I ever got an update is by ringing up myself and when I did speak with a human they're attitude was less than helpful. Overall avoid and spend your money elsewhere

The coffee is also fantastic, as you'd expect. The Columbian Volcano is pretty special.
