We needed a cord that couldn’t be found in stock anywhere (over 2 weeks delivery). I called this store after finding it randomly on the internet. The man was extremely friendly and told me he would ship it immediately after completing my order. 2 days later my Art college senior was able to complete his final piece of work. It was very easy to find a replacement pen for my 15 year old Wacom tablet. Delivery was prompt too.

Remember when dealing with businesses DIDN'T suck? When you could trust you were getting what you thought you were, and know it was the real deal, and not some Chinesium knock-off padding a billionaire's bottom line?

These guys do.

And if you don't (maybe before your time?) then gather 'round and cop a squat, and let me tell you how things WERE. They USED to be... like... well, like dealing with MacHollywood.

On a recent flight, one of my bags - the one with all my cords and adapters - "went missing." Including the proprietary, outrageously-overpriced 120w adapter to my $2500 Wacom Pro 24... which Wacom THEMSELVES don't appear to sell.

I bought TWO replacements from other sellers, both of which proved to be worthless (neither had Wacom's proprietary connector) before stumbling across MacHollywood... who asserted they had OEM adapters for my unit. Not really expecting anything to come of it, I placed ANOTHER order, saying in the comments field to PLEASE let me know if this was not the correct adapter for the DTK2420/K.

Instead, Patrick L. emails AND CALLS me to REASSURE me it IS in fact the right one, and that he'd be shipping it in the next 5 minutes. And I'll be damned if my Shop app didn't chirp at me 4:30 later informing me I have an incoming delivery!

Look: I don't often take a hard position on what someone "needs to" or "should" do. Your life, your business. I WILL say that if you need ANYTHING Wacom or Apple accessory-related, ESPECIALLY after the initial purchase? You're a bloody moron if you don't check these guys out. First. I honest-to-god used to work FOR APPLE, and these guys are now on my short list of people to check out BEFORE making a purchase decision.

This one IS legit. And they're AWESOME. I'm a customer until THEY die or *I* do, whichever comes first. Go discover/remind yourself what life was back before everything was garbage junk sold by garbage drop-shippers.
