The whole process is absolutely…
The whole process is absolutely untracked. First of all, don't have an account to check my purchase history. After paying no email was received that the payment has been placed successfully. After that no message or any data when my electric idf would be received. At the end, no shipment tracking number or any other details. Completely confusing.

I placed order 3933 for IDP but not…
I placed order 3933 for IDP but not received any email confirmation or details about my License. False advertising. I called the call center no one picks up. I tried to send several messages on WhatsApp and received no response and at contact us gives ERROR. Seems like a scam. I reported it to the Authorities. I want my IDP ASAP or a full refund of SAR 189 paid by SNB Mastercard!
