I can only be dissatisfied as I placed…
I was initially unhappy because my parcel took more than a month to arrive at my home, due to customs problems, and even once the fees had been paid the parcel remained stuck for another week, but all these problems were not due to Macleod who dispatched the parcel within two days of my order.
I contacted them, they always answered my requests, they tried to find solutions, they even ended up sending me back a pair of gloves to solve the problem.
On receipt, I'm really pleased with my purchase, the gloves are superb, really good quality, I'm really happy with my purchase, I really recommend these items.

I was Leary at first ain’t gonna lie but ended up purchasing the gloves I wanted and happy I did they are a bit heavy for summer in southern Ontario but good for fall and spring or cool night love the graphics on them
