Taken the tasty gummies for only a week now,,must be honest I do take one more than prescribed,I take two before the gym and one straight after work out,I can do so much more strength wise also I had pain stiffness in my left knee for over 8 months but has totally gone.,,is it just a coincidence???? Well am not complaining am very happy,,no pain,,,great product 👍🏽👍🏽

Finding them good! Taking them a few months now and even my brain fog is even improving wasn’t consistent with the powder. And I’ve just added 2 more bags to subscription to start my mam who has been diagnosed with dementia. Tried her with powder in the past this might just help!
I have tried other brands! Always seem to have 3 gummies to hit the 5g and they all tased bad.
