This company gave me a product that was much smaller than the specs, even allowing for the difference they put in the fine print. We are talking about a $32.77 item. They would prefer bad reviews all over then to help a customer out. They wouldn't take the product back and I contacted them well within 30 days. Do not order from them.

I will never order from here again
I will never order from here again. I am still waiting for my order 2 months later. Every time I email to inquire about my order, I get the same response “it will take 5-8 business days”. Their customer service is awful. They can’t tell me when my order will ship even though it’s been 2 months since I ordered it.

Having just lost a family member
Having just lost a family member, we had a family ornament made for each sibling. It turned out so much better than thought. We then ordered ornaments for grandchildren, we are awaiting those now. If it’s anything like the ones we received, it would mean the world to us. Love the ornaments

Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the product delivery and packaging. I received the product in between two styrofoam pieces that apparently were either cheap quality or old that they broke into pieces even though it was tapped at the center. So basically all the corners broke off and all that was left was the middle that did not come apart thanks to the tape. For the price the item should at least come with a nice box so that the product won’t get scratched if and when the styrofoam were to break. I was quite surprised at the lack of presentation of the gift delivery.

This is hands down one of the worst websites I have ever ordered from. I placed an order for a picture that was supposed to arrive by a specific date. When it didn’t, I tried contacting customer service and quickly realized there basically isn’t any.
You cannot call anyone because they don’t provide a phone number. The only option is emailing them, and when they do respond it’s nothing more than copy-and-paste replies saying “it’s on the way.” Completely useless.
Then when the item finally arrived, the frame that came with it was so cheap it broke immediately while taking it out of the packaging. I now have to go buy another frame because the one they provided is basically garbage.
Between the terrible communication, lack of real customer support, and poor quality products, I would strongly recommend never ordering from this site.
There are plenty of reputable companies out there. Macorner is not one of them
