Two things really bother me:
Two things really bother me:

The fact that the software is only available as a subscription and not as a purchasable product.
2.
The fact that there is not even a manual available in German (partly because of the technical terms used).

I trust Macrium Reflect
I trust Macrium Reflect. Backups are fairly quick, and most of all it saved me last year when Windows got corrupted on myPC. Was up and running in a short time.

Sadly Not 2X Performance
I don't like the switch to a subscription only model for Macrium X.
So far I've seen little to no speed improvement in backup times. Definitely not the 2X performance that was advertised.
The software still works, and I'm glad to have it supported for upgrades, but I'm not as impressed as I had hoped to be.

Hi Bryon, feel free to reach out to our support team for some configuration support to ensure Reflect X is properly setup to give you the most rapid backup and recovery. We've used a completely new compression algorithm to achieve this, coupled with better encryption.
The software is not capable to see hard…
The software is not capable to see hard drives that are attached to an intel RST controller.
Even loading the intel RST drivers manually when booting from usb, the software was not able to detect the local HD.
Contacted support, bit they are not available after Friday afternoon, so had to wait over the weekend to get a response.

Macrium Reflect X is solid
Macrium Reflect X is solid, stable software that produces a backup in about an hour. Suggestions for improvement include a more robust startup experience and simpler interface for reviewing or modifying standing automated backups.

Pleasant experience
Pleasant experience, thanks to the vaelocity of excution. The software seems reliable to me. It is easy to use.
I am against subscription software, I would have preferred a license to purchase for life, and the decision to upgrade when I feel necessary.
I hope to receive a discount on the subscription before the annual expiration.

I am very happy with Macrium Reflect
I have been using this software for many years and it works perfectly for me. I run it on a large number of PCs. The support is excellent (and fast). In my last case, Alex responded very quickly and detailed to my questions on the offered upgrade to version X.

Works fast and reliable on a ARM64 (Snapdragon) PC
Easy registration and installation. This was an upgrade from the free Macrium 8, that I used for years. Nice to now have incremental backup. But I am not happy with the new subscription business model.
