I ordered an LED mask

I ordered an LED mask, it arrived but was stolen by the delivery driver, they told me its on the store. Macrobeauty, aka Macrohealth, said its terrible we will send a new one immediately. This went back on forth with their AI bots in the end they said we will refund you and send one free. I got the refund and no prduct. I have complained and emailed, they now go unanswered and complained through 'shop' who said they would look into it...nothing ever happened.
The company has no interest once there is a problem and the courier company, Speedx, wouldn't answer at all despite video footage showing it was their driver.
Months of emailing for nothing.

Similar story to others on here

Similar story to others on here. I ordered their 940nm face mask with neck and chest bundle. What arrived was a cheap, generic black mask that I found on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. Have emailed the store 3 times and no response. Have reported to my bank.

Bait-and-switch scheme

Bait-and-switch scheme! You will not get the product you were shown. The label and color are not the same. It's so obvious. I've emailed their support department 3X in the last 3 weeks, and no response.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. The mask I received isn’t what I expected. The 60-day return policy is a joke. The expectation is that the mask be UNUSED, and in its original packaging. Assuming they approve the return, they’ll only give a partial refund of 60% claiming that the remaining 40% is retained by the company to cover shipping, handling, and promotional costs, except that the CUSTOMER pays for the return shipping, and the company DOES NOT provide a return shipping label! If you purchased a bundled package, they want you to return the e-book provided with the purchase. It’s an e-book! How do you “return” an e-book? Ridiculous, if you ask me! So if you tried using it for the recommended 60-days, and weren’t satisfied with the results, you wouldn’t be able to get even a partial refund of 60% because you used the product! So much for their 60-day guarantee! Useless…

Scam company

Scam company. They send you a generic when you order from a branded ad. Then the mask doesn't work. You try and get a refund and get the run around. This is the second time I'm duped with Tictock shop and false advertising / knockoffs. Not ordering anything from there again. Dont order from this company, they have no ethics.

Ordered the MACRO MASK

Ordered the MACRO MASK, got a knock off instead! Website shows a false return policy of 100% money back guarantee within 60 days, no return shipping fee. Then when you go to request a return they say they only refund 60%, and they keep 40% for return shipping/handling & promotional fees!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I've filed a dispute with my credit card. & filed a complaint with the Attorney General & E-commerce trade commission. I'm sick of all these out of country online scam artists!!

I did not get what I ordered

I did not get what I ordered , red light mask. This one was from China. No identifying information on the mask as to the model I ordered. The box came like it had been a returned mask from someone else. It was not packaged like a new product. The remote did not work. The mask would not keep a charge over 10 mins. True they do have responsive cust services who will answer you. However they would not give me my FULL REFUND from their FULL REFUND POLICY. HE SAID HOW ABOUT 50% and you keep it. Then, when The mask quit working within a week I wrote back and said I want to send this back I am definitely not a satisfied customer. It's only been two q
Weeks and nothing works ! He said well what about 60% back and you keep it. I said NO. It does not work. I did not get what I paid for. He was difficult to deal with and I ended up getting 70% back and throwing away the JUNK misrepresented item. They were NOT FUN to deal with and they DO NOT honor their full refund policy. Very dissatisfied with this company. It's a scam.

If it sounds too good to be true, it always is

This company has an impressive ad on Instagram for a red light therapy mask and bundle, and also claims to have a 60-day money back guarantee. They claim you need 60 days to see a difference. But go to their refund policy on their website. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, completely unused, it is not available for refund. This means they have no warranty, as there is no way to try the product, and if not satisfied, return it. Returns are also on your own dime. You must pay for the return shipping, and you will only get 60% of the money returned, as they keep 40% for shipping and “promotional” purposes. This is obviously a big scam, so avoid. As the saying goes, when something looks too good to be true, it is just that. Not true at all.
