Fast, reliable, excellent.
I purchased an Oculus Quest 2, during a period of very low availability worldwide. Price was a little (~10%) higher than standard price, but it was available immediately (as opposed to 30 days at best from Amazon and others), plus it was in my hands in a mere 4 working days, amid a pandemic, and during the holiday season, too. Another plus, the shipping cost was very reasonable (sometimes retailers seek to make a profit off of that, too). All in all, I am very happy with their service, and will look to buy from them again.

I purchased HTC Vive Pro - HMD | Starter Kit | Full Kit - Vive Pro Full Kit since June 2020.
They are very supportive.
They really provide worldwide shipping in excellent shape.
I'm from Saudi Arabia and the shipment already received in a good manner packaging.
The reason I purchased from them because the value is reasonable compare to a local & global market even with shipping cost.

Crooks, dishonest seller, low customer service standards
Refused to fulfill paid order and ship item I purchased on sale. Alleged "no stock" and refused to restock, instead repeatedly requesting I cancel the order and eventually cancelling the order themselves without my authorization and against my explicit instructions, asking I order from other sellers at regular price (~50% more).

The service was perfect
The service was perfect, delivered in perfect condition and the quest headset was awesome!
I'm giving 4 star because the shipping company made me pay customs in cash upon delivery even though when I placed the order there was nothing mentioned about any additional payment.
