instructions from czech email difffers from menu in czech app. impossible to scan or input sample no. obtained via email for premium test.
some mails are comming in czech language and others in english, app is in czech. i need consistency at least in one language

Unable to book Premium blood tests due…
Unable to book Premium blood tests due to app code error
After paying for the Premium blood tests, I downloaded your application and followed the instructions. I attempted to enter the code that was sent to me by email in order to link my purchase to the app. However, the application rejected this code.
As a result, the two simple steps that are supposed to allow booking the blood tests do not work. At this point, I have paid for the blood tests and installed the app, but I cannot make an appointment and I cannot see my blood tests in my orders.

So, I finally did the in-person test while visiting Prague after doing DNA test before. The staff at the testing site was friendly and efficient, definitely would appreciate this service in Germany, as sadly I don't come to Prague very often.

The vitamin test changed my routine
The test showed me I was having low Vitamin D, so I have added this supplement into my daily intake. I learned that I do not need to take zinc anymore. Very interesting!

Tried the DNA Lifestyle test and was impressed by how specific the recommendations were. There’s still room for improvement in speed and delivery updates, but overall I think Macromo is ahead of the curve in personal health.
